Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a pharmacy but this pharmacy is amazing and so is Alyssa, the pharmacist here. So knowledgeable and helpful with my medication. Glad I found this small place and will never go to a CVS again ! Actually looking forward to going back! Ha!

wow. Never going anywhere else for as long as i live in this area. Customer service thrives here. Thank you to the Pharmacist who made Lord knows, how many phone calls, to get my script changed and filled. Old school service with whipped cream on top. 6 stars. Thank you.

Barclay's is hands down the best pharmacy around! I've been a loyal customer for several years now & have NO intention of ever going anywhere else! Unlike other pharmacies, Barclay's genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to meet their needs. They value customer relationships & always deliver personalized service. Management/staff & customer service are unbeatable, rxs are filled quickly, prices are reasonable, they go out of their way to ensure your meds in stock, and the atmosphere is incredible. VERY different from the majority of other pharmacies!
Alyssa and Greg do an incredible job of working together to create a welcoming & inviting atmosphere that actually makes filling rxs enjoyable.
Prior to finding Barclay's, I tried a handful of other pharmacies in the area. I can say with all certainty that they don't even come close to comparing to Barclay's. This pharmacy values returning customers, they are reliable, & take the stress out of filling rxs. They're also wonderful to deal with in general. Which is such a great perk! Barclay's is a gem & I'm very grateful to have them!

Barclay's is by far the best pharmacy in Sarasota County! They are welcoming, helpful, respectful, and timely. I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff were. I simply couldn't have asked for a better experience. Without hesitation, Barclay's will now be my go to pharmacy!

I usually go to Walgreens however Walgreens has had a shortage on my medication twice now to where I’m getting it a week late. This pharmacy had what I needed! Thank you.

I had to respond to a few complaints below as a customer because apparently some people are just too stupid to evaluate properly. I have been going here for over 30 years and Mark is a one of a kind Pharmacist and his pharmacy is a staple in Venice. With that being said, the clowns below need to get professional help. Tim D. Red Lion, PA complaining about a price when you go from an independently owned pharmacist to CVS is laughable and apparently Tim is a complete moron to not know the difference. Barclay pharmacy is a staple of Venice and have been there for over 40 years. Christopher B. Denver, CO complaining about a price of drugs (from the looks of him he may have a drug problem himself) and didn't get his "fix" due to having to pay cash price for drugs. Gretchen S., San Francisco, CA stated the Pharmacy quoted $55 yet when she came to get it she was told $350. Anyone who believes this clown is in need of help. No store would say $55 and order your item to tell you it's $350 at pickup. That's just asinine. My guess is she can't hear and was told around $355. Then again, she is from San Fran, the nutcase city of America. At any rate, great place and Mark Barclay is exceptional!

Recently we were sick and had prescriptions sent to Barclay. They were so helpful and accommodating and let us pick up curbside. They even suggested vitamins that could help us that I have continued to take. I would highly recommend them and I will be using them in the future.

I love having a independently owned old fashion pharmacy with personalized service. Pay the same price as large retailers with free free delivery service when needed.
