I rarely write reviews, but the team at Batteries Plus in Venice truly deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely wanted to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed—not just trying to make a sale, but actually solving the problem I came in with.
Whether it was helping me find the right battery, offering expert advice, or even assisting with the installation, their professionalism and customer-first attitude were outstanding. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers.
Service like this is hard to come by these days. If you're looking for reliable products, excellent service, and a team that treats you like more than just a number, I highly recommend Batteries Plus in Venice. I'll definitely be coming back!

Walked in trying to get a new battery and help with installation… Bald guy told me he can install it but won’t because he’s alone and the guy in the back can’t come up for a few minutes to watch the store while he helps with installation. What a joke. Terrible customer service. Will not return. I’ve never been denied installation with a sign on their door that says they can install batteries. As soon as I walked in I asked if they had batteries that would fit my car and he asked what car I had. After looking it up and supposedly they have the battery and can help he immediately has the audacity after looking it up to say “I can do this but can you come back tomorrow because the guy in the back can’t come up to watch the front of the store”. Excuse me? If I turn my car off, I need a jumper to start it again, I need this done today… terrible customer service, never coming back and the guy even stated to go to AutoZone. Will be using autozone from now on. Thanks for the recommendation.

Unfriendly and not at all helpful. I was there with another young man who also left in disbelief after dealing with the staff. Two people in and both walk out without making a purchase due to lazy and unhelpful staff. No wonder retail is dying!

Huge selection at reasonable prices. In store people are great and will carry that heavy auto battery to your car and even install it! Easy to order online and pickup.

I purchased a motorcycle battery around 1.5 years ago. The battery went bad, so I took it in to get it checked. They replaced it with no issues.

Great experience with Batteries Plus. I needed six batteries for my golf cart. I called on Monday afternoon and they were here Tuesday at one o’clock. It didn’t take them long to remove the old batteries and install the new ones. I’m very impressed by their response and efficiency. I highly recommend this business.

My son got his phone charger plug stuck in his phone. They removed it in less then 5 minutes. Great service!! Highly recommend this Batteries Plus location.

I have been to this store three times. Very helpful. Honest about when they can't do anything about my issue and giving me another resource. Never charged unless I actually needed to purchase something.

Went in for a jetski battery, they said they had no bolts for any of their batteries, so they told me to use the old bolts. But the old bots didn't fit, which I found out after putting the battery in the tiny space in the jetski. I called them and they told me to go to Home Depot. I said I didn't buy a brand new battery to go to Home Depot, so finally they said they would take the apparently enourmous trouble of finding bolts to go with their brand new batteries they sell. So I went back and it turned out but they had also taken the blocks out of the battery so the old bolts wound up working when they gave me the blocks *that should have come with the new battery*! I don't know what happened to this place, I bought many batteries there before (two for a boat in 2023), and service was great, but it's apparently gone way down hill this year. Who even tells a customer to go to HomeDepot for standard battery bolts that come with the flipping battery??
