Local management does not care about the people that Live in Bay, and all they care about is who they can evict. ELS is the company that owns Bay Indies they are so big the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. I would not recommend anybody moving into the Bay Indies! Most of the people in the Bay Indies are very friendly. It’s management that makes stay, Indies, an undesirable place to live.

Lots of rules but that's not always a bad thing, to an extent. The grounds are nice and mobile homes are usually nice but not too high maintenance. In my opiniom it's great for normal down to earth working class people looking to get out of the cold and enjoy some Florida lifestyle. But be warned some residents are just miserable. And the Lot rent is very high which also increases every year last I knew.

If I ever find enough $$$ to retire with, its a nice, quaint, friendly enough place. Getting their clubhouse built back, after the fire last year, would really help draw new clientele.

This is a great place to live for seniors with lots of amenities and activities to keep active! Facilities are well-maintained, and did not receive a lot of damage from Ian.

Old people need to mind their business there. Ive walked through there for over 47 yrs waking to my home now some Karen at 908 Likya second on the right is telling me i cant cut through there cause i dont live there. Well Karen at least you still have your pos trailer. ? i have nothing from hurricane Ian. Rude yankees . All you all are. If you dont want the public to cut through your non precious community then gate it all in .or go back where you came from trailer trash.

Rude residents live there on Lykia right outside of Albee Farm Road. Tells ppl they can't walk through there cause they don't live there , been walking through there for over 15 yrs with no problem till at 908 Lykia. Hope you finally got your tarp from your d*** governor DeSantis. So what you lost your porch. It's replaceable. I'm so happy to be out of Sarasota stuck on their self county. Thank you hurricane Ian.
