I’ve been using this bike store since I came to Florida and it’s the best for for a products and service. So now for 15 years, I’ve had my bicycles of which I have about seven routinely serviced and repaired when necessary. I am most happy with my new gravel bike that I got last year and have already ridden enough to get new tires recently.

The customer service I received, along with the actual service itself, was top-notch. Jordan was very helpful and I appreciate him and his good work. I needed a new tire, a kickstand replaced and a tuneup. Always done in a matter of hours, and I appreciate that and getting my bike back in such a timely manner.

The employees were very nice and helpful. I bought my mom a bike online while I was in Maine, they put it together, stored it, and we picked it up together in Venice, Florida, right down the road from my mom's house.

I hadca flat tire while riding this AM. I called up Bicycles Intl and asked if they could fix my tire while I wait. They were great. Got it all repaired quickly, along with replacing my back brakes for safety since they were damaged. Great service. Very professional. I highly recommend them.
