We rented some e-bikes this past weekend to explore a park around Venice and we had a blast. We were given the best customer service along with the bikes being delivered and picked up for us. We had an awesome experience with Big Bam! We were in Venice for 5 days and were lucky enough to have the bikes for much of that time...it was one of our favorite things about our trip!! The owners were fabulous, the service was incredible and the bikes were in top notch condition! Will most definitely rent from them... read full comment
