First of all I would like to start that I absolutely recommend this storage facility! We initially purchased a non-climate control storage unit, but then we realized that we needed a climate control storage unit. I gave them a call and spoke to Bob, who was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I explained my situation and he offered to just transfer me without an extra charge to a climate controlled unit. When I drove over there, Bob and I had the most amazing conversation and then he took me over to the unit, which I absolutely loved. Bob did the transfer within five minutes. I also love the fact that the place is a month-to-month rental, so there is no contracts. The facility is clean, and well kept, I feel very secure storing my things there. 100% recommend! Thank you Bob for the most wonderful customer service!

We needed an additional space VERY last minute at the end of business on a Saturday in order for us to unload a Uhaul before it needed to be returned the following day. I called 15 minutes before closing, and Bob, the manager, accommodated us very quickly! I feel like many employees at many businesses give bad service at the end of the day because they just want to go home, but we received amazing service!
We also have another climate controlled unit at this location and have been very pleased. We have experienced rodent and pest issues at other storages in the past, but we have not had these issues here - our items are safe!
