They sold us a boat and a trailer and we were told it was roadworthy and safe we were lucky that we didn't get killed or killed someone else on the way home! We were told that the boat didn't have a trailer and the trailer was there shop trailer so they should have known that it didn't have brakes and was falling apart! I guess what upset us the most was that they didn't help out with the cost to fix it! Special thanks goes to Magic Tilt Trailers in St. Petersburg because they felt sorry for us and only charged us $2500. Instead of $3200.

My wife and I had rented a house on Casey Key for a week in June. Upon arrival, I put the boat in water only to discover that it wasn't pumping water. It was Fathers Day and so the next morning I called several places around Nokomis to see if I could get repairs and everyone was backed up for over a month. I finally located Big Toy Toys in Venice and Justin told me to bring the boat in. I had already consigned myself to being grounded for most of our week and I was prepared to pay a premium to get the boat back quickly. I was amazed. Justin and his team got our boat repaired and back to us in a day. Great job, great people and a very fair price. Thank you Justin and thank your team. You saved our vacation!

I called in the morning, and talked to a gentleman who said if we dropped our prop off before closing they could send it out the next day when a truck from that vendor stopped by. My wife stopped in with the prop, and no one knew what she was talking about. Some derogatory things were apparently said by the service department about their owner/manager. They also made a reference to my clarity. Luckily my wife chose to make the safe choice and not leave our prop there. Based on this I cannot recommend. They are obviously having some issues there. I will also contact the vendor and let them know they do not have a reliable partner, or whatever it's supposed to be.

I have been searching for a boat for years and visited BigToy a few months ago to view their inventory. Not a single person asked if they could help me despite me being seen by a few individuals. I will be heading to another Nauticstar dealer if I decide to purchase a NauticStar. Guess they don't want my business. Horrible experience.

Need a new toy or fancy boat go see Donnie. The service is fantastic. If you want something ask for it ,for the customer is always right. Picked up a 2140 Nauticstar today... great deal. They also do boat servicing and storage.
