Lindsey was great to work with! She guided us through the product options, was pleasant when she arrived to take measurements and as an added touch she brought our two options along so we could take another look inside with our fresh paint color. We are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend Lindsey and the crew at Bob’s carpet Flooring!

Amazing experience. Customer service and product selection.
We have been looking for a 12x12 area rug for a couple months. Was exhausting. Couldn't find a good color, was always way to busy or weird colors, and super expensive as well.
We decided to try a different angle. We found the perfect color 12x12 carpet piece (they let us bring home a sample board!) had it edged, and also purchased a small pad for underneath. We are so happy with the results. Very pleased and SO glad we went to Bob's carpets.
Would gladly recommend!

Would not recommend. Had new carpet installed in 3 bedrooms and weeks later it already looks darkened, matted down, and old with hardly any use. Terrible customer service and quality. They refuse to make this right with an adjustment or replacement. They will gladly take your money- find a reputable business that guarantees their work. This place is a rip off.

Unfortunately, my experience was anything but a pleasurable one.I would never use this company again. We went with this company because they have been in business for many years and thought they were reputable. From start to finish it wasterrible. We were given a 7-10 day time frame and other than us calling 3 times and no return calls, a team of 6 show up 7 weeks later and then cut the carpet short and had to have it pieced.We paid over $3,200 for our lanai and this is what we got. Then to put the icing on the cake, they took the balance of the payment out of the credit card without my authorization. I was going to request a discount for their unprofessionalism and installation; however, i wasn't given that opportunity. Thanks Bob's Capet for a job unwell done.

We picked Bob's because of their selection, pricing and location. The first installers had an attitude issue and were replaced by one hard working man that installed 3 rooms of carpet. However, he did not use a power stretcher and instead, used a knee kicker. One year and a few months later we noticed wrinkles in two of the three rooms. The solution is to have the rooms re stretched. I inquired at the Venice location and they said the one year warranty is up. I understand this but if you want to receive referrals and positive feedback, I would expect Bob's to send , at no charge, someone to come and use a power stretcher as should have been done from the beginning. As a result, I will not recommend Bob's to friends or anyone I know.

Rude customer service, specifically Gary, his customer service style is arrogant, misogynist. I think his goal is to repel as many customers as possible, succeed in that. Their price was also 25% higher than the competition.
