Kathy Stebbins butchered my hair and insisted I pay her even though she knew I was unsatisfied. The cut was choppy and uneven, to the point where I’m not sure how she graduated from beauty school. Don’t go here unless you want to pay to have your hair ruined.We discussed beforehand I wanted layers but my hair is on the fine and thin side. I told her I wanted to keep the length but cut about an inch off to remove damaged ends. She cut off a lot of length, and the layers looked blocky and choppy, not subtle and soft which I asked for. She claimed it was the blonde ends that made it look that way…. No, as you can see in the before photo, the lighter ends do not make the layers look choppy. I told her I wasn’t happy could she please just give me a soft blunt cut to remove the layers? This is the cut she gave me. I told her it was uneven and she refused to cut anymore, which in hindsight was probably a blessing.I spent time and money, and lost money by missing work (due to her business hours) but most upsetting is it will take months to regrow what she cut off. Someone so callous does not deserve your business.
