I wandered into Captain's Landing while perambulating West Venice Avenue in early March. The ambience was at once relaxed and refined, owing to the tasteful decor and the genteel demeanour of the sales staff--represented on this particular day by one Dion.A Southern gentleman personified, Dion was attentive and genial but never pushy. He allowed me to browse the store at will (a much-needed respite from a full day of shopping with, and for, two children), offering assistance, guidance and enjoyable conversation when required.I ended up walking out with both a unique shirt I would not have found elsewhere (Bamboo brand) and a positive vibe. Captain's Landing delivers a distunguished retail experience not to be missed by the discerning shopper in Gulfside Florida. Highly recommended!

I want to SHOUT out to Captain's Landings.. I lost my home to hurricane Ian and by the time I ran in (last minute) to rent a suit for my son's homecoming dance Saturday night I thought for sure It was too late. Trent made it happen for us. Their cute store on Venice Island is so wonderful with a variety of men's clothing for all ages. I just can't Thank You enough for your kindness and compassion. My son was happy and very comfortable, with what we had to deal withthis past month it was so great to see him smile again. I recommend Captain's Landings ?%.

Casual men's attire at fancy store prices with a friendly staff. This is not Walmart but way better. The garment will last for a long time; therefore worth every cent!
