I was almost scammed but the Bank Manager at the Venice Island bank Mary went above and beyond into help me and reassured me that I did not have to worry she handled everything! And she worked with me even though the bank had already closed ! She’s a miracle worker I can’t thank her enough

These people are incompetent and don't know what they're doing. All tellers have to ask advice from a manager or else call another bank. They don't know what they're doing, and this bank seems to keep hiring these types. Go to some other bank.

I am from Michigan and when Iam at my home on the island in Venice I bank only this location the tellers are friendly platform staff not so friendly!! Michelle has helped me several times and the service she provides is Outstanding !!! Thanks Michele for always giving me great service I will give you a rating of 10 for OSAT!!!!!

The atm here is always a pain. First time it are almost $200 second time it was so slow and once i finally got through my deposit it spit all my money back out.

Chase has been our personal and business bank of choice over 10 years. Venice island branch seems to have many technical issues at the ATM as well as inside. We usually don’t have any issues at this branch but lately have had quite a few problems and a bit frustrated with the process and how it has been dealt with.Robin, one of the tellers, has always been spectacular to deal with and has been at the branch for a very long time.Outside of the technical issues at this branch and lengthy time to deal with items, we will continue to use chase.

It's was Ubelievable how I was treated at this Pacific Chase Bank. One of my good friends was trying to open a bank acount and I was trying to give him a helping hand suggested Chase to him to open up his frist bank acount because I have heard nothing but good things about Chase until now we started off by calling the nokomis location and telling them what we had for identification and usually you need two forms of picture ID but they were more than happy to help us they even scheduled an appointment for us as well and she suggested why don't you try the other branches maybe they have something open which I thought was very polite and nice so we then visited the Chase Bank on Venice island the second we walked in we were not greeted at all stood there and was ignored finally a woman acknowledged our presence and we went ahead and told her that we like to open up a bank account we let her know we talked to the nokomis Branch store and they had no openings so that is why we are here she brought us in to the office she seemed very annoyed and said well there noting I can do for you not even making an effort to try to help us at all she was unprofessional and rude I was appalled and slightly outraged so I asked my I plz speek to manager she got up I watched her take the manager into the other room and there was words exchange between them the manager comes into the office with his arms crossed chest popped all the way out didn't even welcome us and pretty much just told us that there's nothing he can do for us at all he would not even let us talk and explain or make an effort to help us wouldn't even let us explaine the situation seemed like any went on and said once you guys just go back to the nokomis location then if they were so willing to help you out at this point I couldn't believe what I was hearing I mean who talks to people like that my account has been closed from Chase I encourage everyone that has Chase to never visit the Venice island location I understand if the other lady wasn't a manager having a bad day is having a bad day but the manager no matter what should not treat any customer in that manner absolutely ridiculous.

The tellers here are super friendly and helpful and I believe that they are sincere about it. They take me back to the day when banks were customer oriented. I am a Chase customer back in Ohio and the difference from there to here is like night and day. My Ohio Chase could care less that I was a longtime customer. The tellers here make me want to move here just for them.

Ordered up some currency for a trip overseas today and came home to find that they're trying to nick me nearly 30% for handling it ! $400 at the current rate of exchange equals almost $1300 Neuvo Sol, Chase told me that $400 would buy me 1000. That's about $100 US for that simple service. I usually find the women behind the counter pleasant and helpful but of course they don't run the place.
