Ben has helped us on a couple of occasions now. His service was focused and fair. We were facing a frozen external hard drive that contained ALL of our music, much of it irreplaceable because the bands are no more. Ben was able to extract ALL the music, but also photos and other data. We will be going back for more assistance.

Mr. Korman's work was cheap for the nightmare I was having with my computer. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues and promptly had my work system back up in running. He even replaced my keyboard and a faulty fan for free! I will definitely be returning here and would recommend to anyone.

I brought my laptop here because a calendar kept popping up to the right side of my laptop every 10-15 minutes it would flash on and off all the time and because my laptop was slow. the young one-man owner charged me $100 and it wasn't fixed. Same problem with the calendar and speed of the laptop. I brought it to a friend and they found out that Skype was running in the background of the laptop and took that off. My laptop now runs back to much quicker and they found the calendar was set up to show every 15 minutes and checked off the event to "non-event."

Brought my laptop in thinking it was going to cost me hundreds to get all the viruses off. I got it back the next day it was running better then it did when I bought it! The price was reasonable and affordable and a lot less then buying new PC. Fast, honest and easy service. Will be returning for any future problems.

I have 37 floppies with an old program "Konica Picture Show" I have tried for 6 years to find some one who could put these pictures on a USB Drive or a DVD. After many hours Benjamin was able to find the program that could do this and was able to save all my pictures 550 on a USB Drive and at a very reasonable cost. Very knowledgeable courteous and tenacious computer technician who did not give up! Great job!!
