I've been in this store 3x in the past week. Each time the person behind the counter was very unfriendly and has NO customer service skills!! Of special comment is for the large Hispanic women who is surly, unfriendly, rude and acts like she's doing you a favor waiting on you!! Then upon calling Cricket corporate I sat on hold for 10 minutes, & got an agent who hung up on me!! Cricket has very bad customer service!!

The service here used to be great. Now there is never anyone there who knows what they're doing. There is a girl there who seems to know absolutely nothing whatsoever about phones. I'm having a real problem with a new phone and she cannot help at all, nor has she offered. I don't know what happened, maybe they're not paying people enough to know the tech.
The girl is nice enough, but she clearly is misplaced in the Cricket store.

Talked my mom with dementia into an expensive plan and even $35 for a charger. She returned the phone, but they never cancelled the calling plan. I had to cancel her credit card.I am not sure what is worse, not cancelling the calling plan or selling someone a $35 laptop charger for their phone that should have cost $10 or less.When I went to the store, buy they offered no help.

Cricket Wireless offers great plans, great coverage and great service. The employees are always knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful.

Came into the store today to get a Wi-Fi hotspot. Michael was extremely friendly helpful and got everything taken care of for me very quickly. Great experience great staff. Thank you guys.

I just bought a new phone at the Cricket store in Venice. Michael Caldwell was the employee who waited on me and he did an excellent job! He was patient and kind. I am a senior citizen and needed a little extra help and he gave it willingly. I highly recommend him!

Very disappointed with this location. I've been trying to upgrade my phone for a couple weeks now, I've stopped in 5 times now , 3 times they say the phone I want is out of stock, once they were closed and now this morning I stopped in before work and there not open even tgo it's 10:30 am. These guys obviously don't want my business, first of all what's with the hours, a working man can hardly have time with these hours 10- 7pm. Come on guys get it together

I went to change my number and they changed my brother's number, they deleted the wrong one, the staff there told me that it couldn't be done and they mistreated me, they don't know anything about technology there and they are all inept, they didn't solve the problem and the T-mobile helped me with the problem which I am with themnow super efficient and attentive

Very friendly and well versed in problem solving. They tried to solve my hotspot not working on my new S22, but apparently, cricket net work does not support this feature yet. Samsung 22 too fast for it? Anyway, may be solved in future... sometime.Was back again due to a separate phone issue. We were there for three hours, and the service rep was very intent on solving the issue. He took so much time with us, all as he was helping another customer . Really appreciate his diligence. Thank you.
