I literally just ordered a scoop of ice cream through drive thru. I’ve been waiting for half an hour as has everyone else. I am sure the workers are doing their best but this is awful service. Every other culver’s I’ve been to just serves the ice cream through drive thru because it doesn’t need preparation.

Their fish is great as is their fries, cheese curds, and cheese sauce. They have the best onion rings I’ve ever had. Perfectly golden brown and delicious!Vegetarian options: Cheese Fries, fries, cheese curds, pretzel bites, onion rings, broccoli, mashed potatoes, salads, cole slaw

The place was a disaster. Not enough employees, took a HALF AN HOUR to get to the register to orser, another 15 minutes for our food and then my lunch hour was over. Had to eat in the car and didn't even get my custard. The fries were cold the bun was rawish. Won't be back to this location.Old review (was 5 stars)The employees were all so nice and smiley! I appreciated that so much! Food was prompt and great! So glad I decided to give this location a try!
