So yes, agreed that it seems like the folks in the pharmacy are overworked, but in my experience (I've used this pharmacy exclusively for 1 year now) they still manage to be friendly and get it done. It's corporate responsibility to properly staff their facility, so corporate would only get one star for the consistent understaffing but the pharnacy team here definitely deserves five stars!!

The pharmacy staff is rude and they always get my prescription wrong. This is the same prescription I've been getting for over 10 yrs. I actually wanted to be proactive and went to the pharmacy two days ago to make sure my prescription would be ready for pickup today. Well, today when I picked it up it was wrong. Whoever the manager or assistant manager that was there wanted nothing to do with my case, didn't offer to look into it more and could care less I was there 2 days ago and was told that would be ready today. I walked out of there saying in a sarcastic way "great service" and this guy yelled at me "get out of here".... TWICE! I will never go back to this branch. After this, I drove to the other CVS in North Jacaranda, they took my info and got my prescription squared away and correct. This just shows that in the first location they could care less about the customer's needs and do not offer any help. Nor any kind of explanation. AVOID this pharmacy branch and save yourself from a bad experience.

I work customer service so I understand being overworked and dealing with angry people but don't take it out on the next customer in line! Pharmacy personnel has been short tempered & rude every time I call or come in. If I didn't have to use CVS I wouldn't (insurance). I moved my prescriptions from the CVS on Jacaranda Road due to it being an inconvenient store location for me & roundabout traffic but will move my prescriptions back there. Staff is much nicer and so much more helpful. I don't need rudeness. I see short temperament and just plain nasty at work. I make sure I don't do it to someone else. No one needs that!

Lady in front does everything to get rid of customers. While alarm going off at auto check out she is busy chatting in the corner with other employees or checking the candy bar supply. Completely useless go to Walgreens across the street

They are overworked in the pharmacy unable to really serve patients/customers. They don't update the prescription information from the customers even though they ask questions as you are Inline or speaking to a representative in the pharmacy area. They do not follow up well, expect to be on hold for 20 minutes + or more if you call to speak to pharmacist. Terrible customer service.

We've used this pharmacy on a regular basis for the past 20+ years and the staff is always attentive and nice. I struggle to understand the negative reviews people post. I'm in sales myself and find that often it's a matter of not being able to make clients happy and no matter what you do they are going to find something to complain about. Get a life people!

CANNOT BELIEVE THE LOW RATINGS FOR THIS PARTICULAR CVS!!! The staff in this place has never, ever been rude as described in other reviews, at least not to me. I have encountered nothing but FRIENDLY and HELPFUL staff, that is why I was amazed to see some of the commentary. I am happy to be a patron here and will recommend it to all!!!

After reading several reviews about CVS pharmacies, I see a common thread: RUDE. Customer service for CVS is lacking overall. Training and teaching your staff courtesy is actually an easy fix, and I suggest you implement that. Considering the majority of your customers are either sick or elderly, the last thing they want to face is impolite, inconsiderate, unknowledgeable staff. While at this particular location this week, I believe it was Shaina who, twice, handled my prescription exchange. Both times, she was incorrect and rude. The words "I'm sorry," "Please," and "Thank you," were obviously not in her vocabulary, although I was the one who was put out. And while another staff member (I think, Jaime?) helped Shaina, she never once made eye contact with me or acknowledged that I was inconvenienced by your staff's mistakes. After two trips, in two days, CVS finally got my insurance issue corrected, but no one has updated my address, which I asked to have changed twice (there is a 15 year old address on my script). In the end, my insurance agent recommended I go to Walmart or Publix as her customers recommend that over CVS. I will take that suggestion. Signed, a now previous customer.
