Four stars up from one--CVS responded to my concern! Thank you. Like others in these reviews my chief complaint was lack of communication. Something was wrong with the system so that customers had no way to communicate with this pharmacy! Likewise frustrated, I messaged corporate on Facebook Messenger and within two days it seems the system was changed so that now one can actually leave a message and receive a return call to help with customer's concerns/needs. As I told corporate, the store staff and pharmacist themselves are very good, kind, efficient and helpful and I have wondered if they had even been aware of the problem with their automated phone answering system. I like the app but it could use a feature allowing customers to message the pharmacy or request a call-back. Let's see if this improvement remains and becomes a positive standard by which this company is known!

The lady that helped me was very kind she was a cashier and I had a gift card that wouldn't work so she was very patient....

Sent me back and forth to different cvs's when this has always been our location.?! Then the new automated system leads you on just so you can leave a message, can't even talk to a pharmacy person :/ so annoying.. then my phone was dying just made it worse because the time was clinch on all angles. I'm looking for another pharmacy asap smh. That's the last straw

Prescriptions not ready when promised, insufficient pharmacy staff, they don't answer the phone, give precedence to drive through over people standing in line. Awful customer service!

Needed a prescription transfered from my CVS back home to this location. They don't answer the phone. When I went by there I now know why. A dozen cars waiting in the drive through and another dozen waiting inside. I've never seen anything like it. I guess for some people it's wait in line or die. What a shame.

Good luck trying to get ahold of these people as a provider and as a patient. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. leaving this review as I'm on hold for another 30 mins. Ridiculous

Agreed with Rose... this location needs to close, a true disservice to Venice.Most likely the pharmacy will not answer their phone (another cvs even confirmed this is typical for here). If you happen to have the stars align and they do answer or you make the trip over there because you really need an update on your prescription, they are more rude than Darth Vader on his worst day. Zina or whatever her name is.. one of the most disrespectful young ladies I’ve ever encountered. She talk to and treated the senior citizens horribly even though they were kind and respectful to her. I was even more appalled that the rest of the pharmacy staff stood by and let her speak to the customers like that. I wonder if she would like someone talking to her mother or grandmother the way she did. Shame on you young lady. Shame on you.

Prescriptions are constantly messed up, or not filled completely. Auto-refill is a joke. No one answers the phone, even after being on hold for 45 minutes. You can't always refill through phone/website because it states the prescription number is invalid. Today, after being on hold for 35 minutes, the call disconnected. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Most employees in the pharmacy are very rude especially one named Zenna. Quite embarrassing in front of several other customers. Spoke with manager and he said he'd speak with her. I hope so, if she's still working there when I go back, she'll be the reason I change pharmacies.

Unfortunately terrible they are overwhelmed can't get through . All medications are put on hold . When it's time to pick up there out of the medications. I've never spent so much time trying to get a prescription filled after taking the same meds for years. Corporate needs to step in
