This store is the worst. I understand they are busy. However, they don't answer customer phone calls direct. You have to leave a message and it could take hours for a call back. Even my physician can not get through to the pharmacy. The employees are definitely overwhelmed with the volume of prescriptions and customers. Hire more people. They deserve negative stars!

Pharmacy workers are rude and always angry if you ask them anything . They had me come inside because I use Good Rx, then made me switch three different windows, and had me stand in line each time they switched me.

Huge line at the pharmacy. Poor guy running the register calls for help but all other staff refused to help him. Apparently snack time while dispensing pills is more important? Isn't that some sort of violation gross..

Husband released from hospital at 5. Prescription called in at 3. Tried to pick it up a little before 6. Told not ready and didn't know when it would be. 12 noon the next day, still not ready. Good thing his pain was bearable.

Understaffed. Employees are doing what they can but management is failing the customers as well as employees. Don't even try to call. On hold for >20 minutes 3x.

Normally I don't write negative reviews with this place has got to get it together. On average I have to go back and forth three times to get a single prescription at this place due to some sort of complication or miscommunication within their pharmacy.

Worst pharmacist ever. They can't find your perscription. Tell you it was called in when it was. When to pick up 2 prescription got one told to come back later they gave me the same prescriptions again. That messed up over and over.

The pharmacy employees are overworked and yet do not transfer any of their stress to the customers. My vet called in an emergency prescription for my dog at 7:30. They close the pharmacy at 8. When I got to the pharmacy, just before 8, it was ready for pick up. No complaints about a last minute order. I read other reviews about them not answering the phones. I agree it’s difficult to get someone on the line. But, after visiting the store I see why. Corporate needs to better staff this location, the people who show up to work are fabulous.

A prescription was called in for my 2 year old on a Thursday when I call it has an automated message saying it will be available Monday at 1pm. When I finally get through to a pharmacist on Sunday they tell me it’s an over the counter medication not covered by insurance. I said why didn’t someone call me I have been waiting for days for a prescription for my son. He said someone should have called you. That is a poor poor excuse when someone is waiting for medication. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This is incompetence at its best.

They refused to fill my Paxlovid prescription with my bringing in a written paper prescription. The young woman was even laughing when I said I could come in without a mask and breathe all over her. She said everyone else does. When my husband who went to pick it up said if I got seriously I'll over night it was in her, she said I should just go to the ER! No wonder our ERs are overly filled and no wonder Covid is spreading.

Employed work hard and remain calm. Pharmacist is always helpful and works with the insurance company to resolve issues. Good attitudes and smiles.

I went for the first time yesterday. Was given a rather steep price for my prescription. She never mentioned she ran an expired insurance and that my current wasn't even considered! The price was $0- ZERO, with my insurance. I am new here and haven't been to this store ever. It was 5-10 years ago in another state & all info at their fingertips. Just communicate!The lack of manners and empathy is getting to be the norm at many pharmacies, even going as far as being rude and forgetting they are part of the health CARE system. I do understand the insurance makes life challenging for them as do numerous grumpy people but treating every customer as a new start is part of customer service. If you can't, work behind the scene.

I just want to mention Max from the pharmacy department. He is GREAT. Today I walked in very upset because the CVS located in S Jacaranda and Tamiami (across Walmart) got my prescription all wrong and didn't offer any help. This is the same prescription I've been getting for over 10 yrs. So, after that bad experience, I decided to drive to this branch and ask for help. Max took my info and worked in the computer for about 6 or 8 minutes. When he came back he told me he got everything squared away and my prescription would be ready. I know it wasn't a simple thing and he did all that with a smile on his face. I work in customer service and I understand how difficult and challenging it can be so THANK YOU MaX for all your help and for solving my case . I will be going back to this branch for now on.
