Administration does not care about their patients! They only care about the money. Sub par care and and the way the administration talks to the patients is disgraceful! Davita used to have compassionate and good care but that changed with the change of administration.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My sister was down for the Holidays from Texas with her husband and they were escorted out, by a rude manager, because they both wanted to sit with their father during his dialysis. At the time, there were four other patients at the facility; the capacity of this place is well over 30 at a time, so it clearly wasn’t a space issue. A technician had initially even set out chairs for them both, but after the manager found out, she tried to kick my sis and her husband out. When they said they didn’t want to leave, the manager CALLED THE POLICE!!! Can you believe it?!?! Over Christmas Holiday no less, AND on my fathers Birthday. This has literally never happened to our family before - being escorted out by police. It’s simply unacceptable behavior by this manager, all for the “crime” of wanting both of them to sit with him.

5 hr in treatment supposed to be 3 45 1 person called off thru the place poor nurses and tech people rushing around like their hair was on fire I came down as a visitor and have decided to stay here I have a 45 min dr to Venice clinic on waiting list to get into Manasota clinic I'm a teach and as a result of clinic being short today had 32 students wondering were I was . The peopl doing the work in the clinic shouldn't be under that much pressure and rushing around Makes me very nervous mistakes will be made. I consider that management fault very upsetting.I don't know if that is a one time occurance I am looking forward to moving to Manasota clinic as soon as possible . Thank You
