Payed $210 to get lied to. Was told my puppy had giardia. They told us to start her on an antibiotic and a probiotic and then handed us a dewormer instead. We called back because my puppy was not improving and they said they do not need to see her and that she needs antibiotics. Took her to another vet and they tested her for everything and she did not have giardia. Our new vet called bright cross and bright cross told them they did not tell us it was giardia. Good thing bright cross gave us a paper with all the meds to give her with the words "Giardia" next to the diagnosis section for the other vet to see. So we had a fun stressed filled week.

I moved to FL in 2019 and started taking my dogs here because it is 5 mins from my house. I have been here for routine care, for critical care, and sadly for euthanasia. Recently, I have been here often for surgeries on my beagle who has terminal mammary cancer. I want to specifically say that Dr. Cliff Myburgh and Dr. Maria, their surgeon, have been absolutely amazing through my ordeal with my dog. I have probably called 2-3x each week for a few months and everyone has been responsive and gotten me in /given me what I have asked for quickly. Dr. Cliff goes out of his way to provide advice and suggestions. I also highly recommend Dr. Eva. The staff is wonderful as well and returns calls/emails promptly. It is not the cheapest place but finding a reliable vet is not easy to do and worth the cost.

You cannot find a better Veterinarian clinic. these doctors and staff care so much about their "patients" and families. we have been taking our dogs there for almost ten years. they are fantastic!

We just had to put Hubble to sleep. We were not up to the task. Bright Cross knew the difficulties we faced and respected what we were going through. The staff were all 5 star and helped us through it. Thank you.

The best place to bring your pet. The doctor's and assistant's are knowledgeable. They care about the owners as well as the pets you bring.

We had a really good experience here. Brought our dog in for a recurring problem, that has been treated the same way by vets for many years. The doctor here suggested a new regimen, more natural, and we agreed with him it would be healthier. After two or three days the dog is doing great. Good people, patient and thorough

When I first moved here, I thought the Hospital was going to be reflectiv e of it's name. Recently I asked for a copy of my dog's records and was shocked as I read all of the incorrect comments and medical assumptions that were stated as fact. I asked that these be corrected, and included documentation to base my request. I NEVER heard back. from either my vet or thee owner. I requested twice, as in my right. This hospital has, as I was told, been sold to a large corporation. The stress level is high and my precious, sweet dog picked up on it . My pup was afraid when taken to the back. She is already afraid of the vet to begin with, and when my pup picked up on the vet's stress level, it accented her fear making her very docile, which was badly misinterpreted by this vet, who felt that she knew my dog better than I did. I will not deal with unprofessionalism when it comes to the most precious thing I own! Noone knows my dog better than me. A sad review for this Hospital.

Being new to the area, I was nervous about finding a new vet, the Bright Cross Team made my pet (and me) feel welcomed the minute we arrived. Dr. Ojolick was very friendly and informative on my pet's health. I am blessed to have found such a great facility!

Dr. Myburg and the staff at Bright Cross are wonderful with Max. They are caring and informed. Dr. Myburg went above and beyond trying to save my beloved fur baby. We appreciate everyone at bright Cross. We have lost Max, but still have Maggie and will be using Bright Cross of course as we have for the past years.

The staff and doc are wonderful here. Maggie is incredible. They go above and beyond and in just a few months (moved here in March) we feel like they are family already! We feel blessed to have found them. We are grateful as we left an outstanding vet office when we moved. We are so appreciative of their kindness and understanding. Our Katie is a senior with a chronic condition and they are helping us keep her comfortable for as long as we can. Every day is a gift

in a medical field the patient should come first in my book....not logistics...Im holding a sick dog and they open the door to tell me they arr closing soon - you should probably go to the SARASOTA HOSP....

Dr. Amanda is great and so is the rest of the staff. They loved on my babies and calmed my dogs nerves. Everything was explained to me in good detail when I had questions. I feel like I have joined a new family. My boy has some problems but I left feeling like there is hope. Thank you the caring people at Bright Cross.
