Tried to do an even exchange on a hairbrush not opened still in bag... For the matter of an even exchange not the recipient $1.25 back manager gave an extremely difficult time. It's not bad enough that they've raised the rates from $1.00 to $1.25, they no longer honor valued customer service.

I just rushed up to this dollar tree because I saw that the store closed in fifteen minutes, I got there with ten minutes to spare and the doors were already locked. I needed some medicine for my teen for his fever and I don’t get paid until Tuesday. Absolutely ridiculous, signed said the store closed at 8, there was still a customer in the store, and the doors were locked, last I knew they aren’t supposed to lock customers in and they aren’t supposed to lock the doors until the time of closing, not before. Thank you dollar tree for making me rush up and not being able to get the single item I was coming to get.
