Very happy with the service here. The Anti Lock Brake Module needed replacement in my Grand Cherokee and this happened just days before my warranty ended. Jeep was unable to take the car until the warranty was expired and I was going to have to pay a hefty bill. The team at Douglas Jeep let me know they would do everything they could and ended up covering this for me. Great people, great experience, thank you!

We came here after shopping at 8 other dealerships. This should have been our FIRST and LAST stop!! We worked with Caden and his manager Matt. They were fabulous! We showed up 15 min before closing and we never felt rushed or that we were a bother. They were patient and happy to help us explore options.They listened and heard what our needs were and found us exactly what we wanted. From beginning to end it was a great experience!

Wasn't in the immediate market to buy, just came in to browse current available vehicles and deals. Ryan greeted me and immediately made me feel like I was talking to a friend about options in my best interest. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Ryan reassured I was getting a good deal and with the numbers he presented I couldn't say no. Ryan also made it very clear that he was respecting my time and didn't take forever to process the whole experience. I had an issue with the service dept and the administrative staff. My 2020 Wrangler needed an auxiliary battery for the auto on/off. Initially, I was told it would be under warranty and then I was told it wouldn’t be because I was a few days over the 36 months (7 days). My fault. The issue occurred before the warranty expired but I failed to get it in on time. I have three issues:1). The administrative lady who handles warranty could have at least made a call and tried to get an exception. That didn’t happen. The service advisor told me, “yea, they really fight for some people, but not for others”. I bought my car there, why not fight for me. It was a matter of days, and the problem occurred before the warranty expired.2). When I asked the service advisor what the battery would cost, he told me $189, so I said fine. I was also getting an oil change and tire rotation. When I got the bill, it was $545. The difference was a labor charge that he said he quoted on top of the $189. He did not quote it. I was listening very carefully when I asked the cost.3). The customer service provided throughout this experience was severely lacking. The service advisor sat slumped in his chair and could have cared less about my issue. He made no effort to help, whatsoever.I was considering ordering a new Wrangler hybrid. I told the service advisor when I left that I would “ I am sure nobody here cares, but I will not ever return for either service or sales. Too many other options.

Just purchased a New 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, my salesman, Emilio, to the Sales Manager, to the Finance Manager, they were all absolutely fantastic. I cannot stress that enough believe me I’m 68 and it’s hard to get impressed at my age, my intentions were to look at the jeep that was advertised and marked down 15% over list , ended up buying it , these guys were a great team. I had an amazing buying experience here all thanks to Debbie Walsh! She had a better idea of what I wanted than I did! Thanks to her I now have an amazing Ram truck that is perfect for me and my family. Her friendly and knowledgable approach made what can be an overwhelming process quick and easy. This was the first time I've ever walked out of a dealership knowing that I got a good deal on a great ride. Well, when you find a nice salesman that's not pushy and likes to listen, you're going to go back and buy something from him someday! And that's what we did today! Bought this brand new Dodge Laramie! Traded in our 2020 Dodge Ram Bighorn! This awesome Dealership gave us a fair price on the new truck and a fair price for our trade-in! The extended warranty sounded good and not pushed on us at all so we did it! It all happened in a couple hours and out the door! So happy we got to buy something from Lance, our salesman! Truly a nice gentleman!

Tom Fields @ Douglas Jeep was Amazing to work with!When I decided I was ready to trade my vehicle in, I put my information into Kelley blue book and within minutes I received multiple calls, texts, & emails from 4 different local dealerships in the area, but Tom was the only one that kept following up. WARNING!!! BAIT AND SWITCH I drove from Tampa to buy a new 2024 Wrangler. I was ready to buy with cash and all was great until the price of the Jeep was not what was advertised. I was told the price I drove over a hour for was an error. WHAT A SCAM. Old school SLEAZY business practices. I have attached a pic of their internet site. If it was an error why was it that way for days? Exactly why people hate car salesman!!!

I brought my 2015 Ram in for the famous Hemi tick & a ABS module failure. After a slight mix up with filing the warranty claim, both items were fixed in 3 days & all I had to pay was my $200 deductible. Great service & fast turn around. Thanks
