Went out of their way to make it a special delivery. My daughter said fruit was delicious. Even sent my great grandson a little teddy. I live in another state and they took care of every little detail perfectly. They are the best.

Scheduled a delivery online 3 days in advance for someone’s birthday. The recipient stayed home all day and there was no delivery. No one called or emailed the recipient or myself. They delivered the following day (luckily someone was home). I reached out several days later to find out what happened and the response I got was that it was delivered. This will be my last Edible Arrangement order.

This was a delivery to my elderly mother. Thank goodness she was with my sister at the time. I was told the majority of the fruit was no good. Possibly from being in a hot delivery truck all day - not sure. But was told the majority was thrown away. I did not want to write a review hoping it was a one time issue but you have kept asking so here it is
