Super easy to rent once I got the right number. Very nice accommodating. Glad not to have to speak with a robot (they are not local-at least I don’t think they are) but got back with me very quickly and worked out a good deal and will have access right away!

This is the third time that I have used this company to rent a U-Haul. I would like to start by saying I've used many companies over the years but I believe this to be the best one. Absolutely super professional. They always seem to go above and beyond. And I would not even consider renting from anywhere else in the area. It isn't broke don't fix it.

Shannon and her staff are the best. I’ve been in and out of many storage facilities for the last 5 years professionally and she is by far the friendliest and most helpful manager of a facility I’ve ever came across. From setting me up with UHaul’s on-site to accommodating me with entry afree hours she went above and beyond. I highly recommend her and her facility.

My belongings were trashed With “no record” of where everything went when they decided to empty my unit because of my need to move back home to care for my sick father in West Virginia. I was ALWAYS an on time, monthly paying customer. However, my strenuous circumstance had no bearing. I offered to pay double even triple the cost of the “inconvenience” of being for the first time 45 days late on my storage unit payment as stated j their letter. I was told there was no way of tracking what even happened to my belongings. I imagine everything was either trashed; sold, or perhaps even given to workers at the facility that were interested in my belongings. As a medical professional I cannot imagine denying care for a patient if the tables were turned . At the end of the day belongings are temporary and we don’t get to take them with us when we leave this earth. However. I do think laws should be in place to protect families in this type of the situation.

Although my outside storage was not the best experience for a variety of reasons, I am giving them five stars because of the office manager, Shannon, who was most helpful and worked hard to resolve the myriad issues that arose in my unique case. She was friendly and responsive and everything worked out OK in the end.

I had a crazy emergency and had to tow my car myself or pay $600 to get it towed so I called storsafe. I called and got a hold of Shannon who was AMAZING. She helped me get my trailer in no time and even went out of her way to come back to the store to take care of us. Thankyou definitely recommend.
