Edie and the whole team at Factory Auto Air are great, honest, helpful people. They did an evaporator core (must remove the entire interior dash panel) and A/C compressor on my Ram 2500 diesel. I was impressed by their careful work not damaging or scratching anything on the interior or exterior of the truck in the process and believe they were more than fair with me on price. I will be going back for any future needs. Great local Venice A/C shop with the ability to do big repairs and quality work.

Richard is very knowledgeable & explained my AC issues very well. Boosted my AC & it feels nice & cool in my little 2015 Honda Fit. I go back in 2 weeks for a recheck.

Great Team at Factory Auto Air! They were flexible with their schedule and were able to diagnose the AC leak in our Subaru Forester. They gave us a fair price and got the job done almost as quick as their granddaughter throwing down a 360 barspin.

Stay away l!!! I Brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed they quoted me 1400 dollars and said my evap coil was leaking and the unit was low on Freon. I thought this was odd since ac worked on half of the vehicle and not the other half so I put ac gauges on the car and discovered that the car had a perfect ac charge in it and not leaking at all.

My 71 year old mom just told me she brought her truck in to have the headlamp bulbs replaced and this place charged her $188!! They charged her an hour and half of labor that was spent waiting for the part to be delivered! What kind of rip off is this place? Family owned? I would expect better!!

Bottom line: Honest experience and fair straight forward pricing. I couldn’t be happier with the people or the service. I highly recommend.Details (in case you’re interested): My 2013 Sorento had been blowing warm air. I knew I couldn’t make it through the florida summer without AC. I had looked around at repair pal recommended shops and other local places. I gave one last look at a google search. So glad I did. After reading great google reviews for this company I had to give it a shot. I called this morning they said bring it in we will take a look. I pulled in 15 mins later and Richard was ready. He checked the AC put dye in my system, he suspects there may be a leak. He recharged my AC and I am back on the road with cold AC. He said if it starts blowing warm again the due is in there I will be able to see if you have a leak. Then we can address it. While this may seem simple to read. I can’t explain how honest, straight forward, and respectful everyone at the shop was. There is true value in that experience. The price was more than fair. I will continue to recommend this shop to anyone I know and I will be back in the future. They do more than just AC. I have always hated taking my car to people who act as though I am burdening their day or who try to convince me something else has to be done or else… I value honesty and sincerity and will gladly spend my money where I can get that. I got that with Richard and the other people at the shop this morning. Thank you all!

My 2011 Toyota Highlander A/C died. The A/C was replaced with a new unit. The A/C was too cold one day and I reduced it, but it would not go off. I discovered the Heater did not work. I returned and the owner said he did not know how to fix it and I need to go to someone who can.
