ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WE FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH FEDEX CORPORATE AGAINST BRIAN, FOR HIS INCREDIBLY RUDE, OFFENSIVE AND INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR! NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! THIS MAN SHOULD BE WORKING IN THE WAREHOUSE AND NOT WITH CUSTOMERS!!

This place is the poster child of efficiency and excellent customer service. I use this store a lot. I watch people come in and out expecting the FedEx team to do the craziest things—which, of course, if permitted by company policy, they will—but not just to get the job done, they do it right the first time. Hallelujah! I know from my own experience. It’s corporate policies that limit them, not the people. Great team—thanks!

3.7 stars is pretty bad…now going there I’m floored that it’s that high. Their customer service, attitudes, lack of knowledge, and down right rude nature is mind blowing. Not sure if this is a corporate store or a franchise. Either way, you have the wrong people employed. Period.

Cant believe yesterday brought them two package, one ground and a over night express package for next day air. The guy not sure what his deal was but i find out today that he scanned my package in to late and now its stuck for another day down here. $1500 in product destroyed but he cant do his job ridiculous.

Incredible Experience with a Smile! I had 7 very large boxes to return and went in to confirm this location would accept these as I was waiting for a friend to help lift them into the store….Alicia had an incredible personality and a can do attitude! She was like..Let’s go we can do this, and she sure did! We unloaded these 7 very large/heavy boxes in no time and she helped ensure this return was setup correctly. I also had forgot my receipt and went back and she had it ready for me! I just wanted to share my incredibly positive experience from Alicia and this Fedex Location!

Nobody in the place waited 20 minutes to have five pages printed because she didn’t bother to tell me she was printing up 100 menus and only had one printer after standing there 10 minutes and wondering what’s going on come to find out I have have to wait until all the menus are done. It would’ve been nice to tell me. Hey it’s gonna be a while. Do you wanna wait? The staff was very friendly, but not helpful. I guess that’s why when I looked up their rating. It was 3.7. In

Shady. Went with my son to help him return a package and a female worker tried to charge him for printing a label. All she had to do was to scan a QR code for free return.
