Had brand new tires put on my Vehicle the day before I went in for an alignment. After leaving I notice my vehicle is still pulling but just in the opposite direction now. Also noticed my tire was flat the next day. I took the wheel off to check it out and found that theres a giant cut in the inside of my wheel. After calling, they try to claim that there’s no way it happened there. Thanks for nothing. This place is not somewhere you want your car to be worked on.

Service Associate Dave Koontz went above and beyond in providing an evaluation and estimate for recommended work. Under considerable workload stress, being the only Service Writer for several hours with the phone ringing off the hook, Dave kept his cool and concentration and got me my estimate. Great job.

The worst customer service! 3hours there for nothing. The guy Dave who attending me at the beginning was amazing and really professional but Fran or Frank ... he did not even look at me when I get close to the desk to asked if I can go to my car to take something. After he knows wants going on with the car, I agreed to paid for my car to be fixed and I asked him about how long is going to take. He said around 1h. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I asked him how is everything with my car. He has no idea, the mechanic guy was not even there, he could not find or contact him and he just told me wait 1 hour more. Not letting the customer knows for the extra time, if there is a problem, not even knowing what's going on with my car ... his attitude looks like or he has a bad day or he does not like or know how to deal with the customer. I have been coming here always when I have a problem with my car but after today, I prefer to go somewhere else.

Con artists through and through.. the estimate I got on the “problems” with my car was comical.. according to them im surprised it turned on.. I came in because I had a nail in my tire.. I had a full set of tires put on a few months ago and seeing as I assumed I was under warranty I took it back to have it fixed.. stupidest mistake ever.. over 3 hours to replace the tire because according to them it couldn’t be fixed, yea ok.. and three sensors replaced that they damaged the last time my car was in their hands.. over 500 dollars and time I’ll never get back. I get home and receive my invoice for services, because you can’t get that in the store.. no reciepts! It’s a email.. GIANT RED FLAG! come to find out they didn’t even have the courtesy to write down the correct mileage for my vehicle. Let alone any proof of the “problems” my car had.. Your company is a joke and you’re the reason everyone hates mechanics

Classic bait and switch for oil change. Firestone offers a $29.95 oil change coupon for you to download but when you take it to this Firestone Complete Auto Care location they'll tell you that's only for oder model cars (1990 era vehicles) and the oil change for your car is $59.95! When I pointed out that the coupon doesn't state that anywhere the counter guy said "Yeah, they're not clear on that." Scammers!!
