Definitely 5 star service. Very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the problem to me. Offered me different options that would actually accommodate my needs. Were very polite and thorough in their knowledge...Would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I recently had the experience of purchasing 4 tires at this store. I initially arrived without an appointment and although they were very busy, Scott checked me in, and with little wait, my car went into the service bay. Once an evaluation was written up by Dave, Justin gave me a quote for the installation and alignment of 4 new tires and told me that they would call me when they arrived. Two days later Frank called and got me in immediately to have them installed. Upon arrival, with little wait, my car went into the service bay. The entire process took less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this facility. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Dave the service tech. who not only didn't object to me watching, but was willing to answer any questions I had.

Don't waste your time. I made an appointment, showed up on time, checked in, and then waited for an hour and twenty minutes. My car was not touched, and no one said a word to me. I finally went to the guy behind the desk and said I would just take my key back. He handed me the key, and said "have a nice day." No apology, no attempt to keep my business - guess they don't need it.

I was provided with good mechanical service for general preventative maintenance. Good work done by the guys in the garage.During the payment process I was offered a discount if I applied for a credit card, I declined the offer and explained that my credit is on "hold" due to a recent identity theft issue and I'm not eligible for additional credit until I lift the hold myself.A week or so after my service visit, I received a letter from CreditFirst, my application for a Firestone Complete Auto Care credit card was declined. I specifically refused this offer but apparently my request was ignored, my application was submitted without my authorization and my credit score took a negative hit as a result. NOT COOL! These guys lost my trust on my first visit there, AND I didn't even get the discount!This process can be improved by not ignoring and carelessly damaging customers while shamelessly profiting from their customer's lucrative credit potential.Good job in the garage, the front office needs improvement, in my opinion... maybe the corporate office needs to modify practices as well . . . . this same situation has been documented at other Firestone locations as well. Shameful.

I ordered tires through Ebay Promotion for free installation and through Ebay I was offerd this place as the installer and which I chose. Unfortunately the tires were lost which was not their Fault but Ebay. Speaking to the manager In regards to this promotion, He mentioned this happens frequently that tires get lost. The guy I spoke with was very friendly so i asked him when He installs the tires If I could get an alignment done since they had a $20 off coupon. He said sure. I come to pick up the van and Everything looks good, but when I asked the manager for a printout of the alignment ( I wanted to see how far out it was aligned ) , He said the machine printer was not working. That threw red flags but I didnt want confrontation. I took the van home and looked at the invoice and found they did not honor the coupon. I also found there was no evidence they performed the Alignment but only a steering wheel adjustment to make it look like it was aligned. Fast forward a couple months later the wheel is not centered again. I usually would let this go but this is not right. I Have used others in the area and Honestly I have not found any one good. Oh, I also Got an oil change too from firestone and they didnt put a sticker in the window.

Recently (like a few months ago), I took my wife's car in for new tires. The other day, she hit something and punctured the tire. Taking the tire off, one of the studs/lugs was stripped. I installed the donut and brought the tire in for repair. Got a phone call saying I must of stripped a stud putting the spare on, and they're probably going to have to break off the nut and replace the stud. I told them I believe it happened when they installed the new tire, and explained why. Being it's a "he said/she said" type of deal, I totally expected them to still charge me. They looked at the fact the car was just in, listened to what I said, and they did not. The entire repair was no cost. To me, that speaks volumes of their integrity and customer service....something that is becoming more and more rare. For that reason, they're getting 5 stars from me. The manager deserves a lot of credits too, he's the one that usually sets the culture.

I went here to get my tires balanced which they did after 2 1/2 hours of waiting and after I left I had a stripped lug nut which wasn’t stripped before. I went back to talk to them to get the lug off which they told me that when I was waiting they were trying to get that one lug nut off for an hour in other words just means they were sitting there stripping it for and hour! They said that they were supposed to tell me about the lug nut before they gave me my keys but they never did. After all of this they told me they couldn’t do anything. I just got screwed over and have a stripped lug nut now on my car that I need to somehow get off. I have WORK rims that are very thin wall I already tried a bolt remover it won’t work unless I can find a very long thin wall bolt remover.

Irritated at best. They did a good job on my tires and alignment. My issue is with the credit side. I had an open CFNA charge card that I've had for years. I go in to get 4 new tires and put it on the card. Manager Justin assists me and says I can look up your card number. I have the physical card in my hand. He sees the account but it won't go through. I show him on the app my current open to buy is easily covering the charge. Fast forward 22 minutes and two calls from him to the credit center. They said my account was going to be closed due to lack of use but no one had closed it on the credit end. He says he fixed the issue and asked for my SSN. I get a notice from credit monitoring a moment later. I make my purchase and leave. I go to pay on the card and am told they can't find it. Come to find out on that date they closed my account mad opened a brand new one with a hard inquiry on my credit. They state nothing they can do or why they wouldn't just use my open account. Ridiculous and now my credit is negatively affected.
