What a breath of fresh air! With all of the "bigger" places out there and customer service going by the way side, it's refreshing to see that John and his team are not letting that hinder the way they do business. This was my first purchase, so I was a little skeptical. That all went away as the day after placing my order, I got a phone call going over what to expect with shipping of my new tank and supplies. I then got a follow-up call to go over the details one more time! Everything arrived lighting fast, well packaged and with zero issues. I've already placed another order! Thanks to the whole team, keep up the excellent customer service!

I ordered an item and they called me up the next day to let me know the actual item is out of stock. Then John told me he was going to upgrade my purchase to the next model up!! This is my third purchase and will definitely not be my last. Can't beat free shipping!!!

Wes was great! My Reefer250 return intake barb broke (catastrophic), so I ordered one late night online. I paid for the 2nd day biz air not thinking about the Labor Day Holiday. The next morning Wes called and walked me thru actually getting it the next day. He went WAY above and beyond to assist me. Package arrived the next morning and installed. Shipped my items incorrectly that rendered the product ineffective. Wont call me back and wont respond to emails. I had to dispute with my cc company. Not a stand up company.

I ordered a chiller for a bait tank we are building for our resort and received it a month ago. I just unboxed it and found it to be damaged. I called the company and they said they would get back to me. Within an hour I received a callback from the company saying the replacement part will be shipped to me free of charge. Wow! What fantastic customer service. Fast and friendly service.I would definitely recommend this company.

Someone made a fraudulent purchase on my card from this company. The total was $80.94 Any assistance would be great.Update: The manager John Bielanski was AMAZING at helping me with this situation. He personally contacted me to be sure he could assist with the matter in anyway. They have it where they double check if the shipping address is different from the billing address. If I were to shop here, this feature would help me feel very secure. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!!!!

When Jake was there, I’ve spent over $15,000. Everything was great the owner John doesn’t care about anybody I bought stuff and it’s missing screws and he has done absolutely nothing I just called he said he’ll give me a $10 credit for a $300 light, worst service available I would never deal with them again and the red C160 power supplies burn out every three months and they do it nothing to warranty them. You have to deal with a Red Sea direct even know when you bought him from them all that guy John does is pass the buck , Jake always took care of everything
