They are a great hair cutting salon. I always get a good haircut just the way I wanted. The West Villages Great Clips is an asset to our neighborhood!
Stylist: I always have a great haircut from Kyle. He cuts it perfectly every time. I have short hair with a little body to it and Kyle can cut it perfectly. Thanks, Kyle (please don't leave!)

Just had the most delightful haircutting experience with Kyle as my expert stylist. Kyle was so professional and cut my hair exactly and precisely as it was in the photo I provided. Our conversation was delightful and everyone in the salon at the time was friendly and kind.
I highly recommend this location and if you can get Kyle to style your hair, go for it! You won't be disappointed by any stylist at this location!

This is a Great Great Clips Store. I ask for Kyle...he listens to my requests and is pleasant to talk to. The store is always neat, clean and ''chatty". I don't like planning appointments. The check in on-line works best for my lifestyle.

My son and I went in to get him a cut for a head shot he needed (his regular barber was closed due to July4th holiday. The price of the cut was even $5 more than we normally pay. But it was "Wellen park" He told HANNAH the stylist exactly what he wanted, even the clippers sizes. He told her that he wanted BANGS and to leave the front longer. The first thing she did was take the Clippers and BUZZ the front of his head. There go the bangs! There was no way she could leave anything left for his bangs. Due to the fact that she had already clipped it he told her to go ahead and finish. The whole haircut took less than 5- minutes. He even had to tell her to even out his sideburns and even the back of his neck. Worst haircut we have ever received. As we were checking out and I was paying. I asked for the receipt and she had the gall to look at the receipt and say you didn't tip me. Tip you? tip you for what, messing up my son's hair that now has to be in his picture. A tip is for a service done well. You never even listened to him you just wanted to hurry up and get done so you could go back to whatever you were doing. You're not going to get a tip if you don't listen to the customer. I hope the owner of this store wises up. I can't say much about the other people that work there. EXCEPT There was one older lady in the back that seemed to take time and do a quality job. Too bad we didn't get her. The gentleman that was there was not much better than our stylist sitting in a chair to cut hair. Never even compared sides he cut. Her hair was uneven as well. It must hard to find quality stylist at this location.

Just returned from an awful experience at this Great Clips. Both women who were working at this specific location on June 3rd seemed angry and were inattentive. When I entered, the location was empty. One woman was on the phone and the other woman was busy doing her hair. During my haircut the hair stylist was rushing and she did not fully listen to my requests. Once I got back to my car, I realized one side was much shorter than the other side, so I had to go back in and ask for her to fix it. She became even more angry and not apologetic at all. Long story short, I would not recommend this location if you want quality service and a good hair cut.

Asked for a trim and they shaved 50% of my hair off. Walked out to the car just to look in the mirror to see one ear is trimmed around and the other has hair draped over it. They couldn't find my notes even though I've been to 20 great clips with no issues before. On the bright side, it wasn't that busy. Now I know why.
