Craig Dresser was wonderful and attentive and worked through problems with his credit card machine. The store’s prices are higher than area stores for the same mattress. Craig did manage to issue us a full refund when we decided not to buy the mattress. Mary

Craig was knowledgeable and they had a good selection. However, Craig did not explain that there was a $100 delivery charge. Also Craig sold us a pillow that came compressed, when it expanded it was all lumpy. He would not take the lumpy pillow back.

We bought a queen mattress for our guest bedroom so we needed a decent mattress at a good price. We shopped around a little and Mattress Home had the best price for what we needed. They delivered the mattress the next day as we are headed back up north. We were very satisfied with the entire experience.

Very helpful and pleasant to work with!! Craig was very pleasant trying to find leg extensions for our adjustable bed. We only had 9” legs that were too tall for me to get into anymore. The main company sent us 2” legs which were too short. Craig found us some 3” extension s that would put us at 5”. Which that should work just fine. I’ll be able to practice getting in and out of the bed before my surgery on the 27th. Craig went above and beyond to make sure that we would get them in time. A very pleasant gentleman to deal with and if we need a new mattress we now know where we will be going to get get it!! He sold us by being so helpful on something he wasn’t going to make much money on. Not the typical greedy stores you deal with normally nowadays! A pleasant change of pace!

The women that waited on me was very helpful and not pushy. I really appreciated her understanding and suggestions. Also pleased I could make the full and 2nd payment by Nov 4 when I plan to pick up the mattress.

Great experience. I wish I could remember the lovely lady's name that spent so much time helping us select 2 mattresses for our new home. Such great, personal service with lots of patience. In addition, I feel like we got a very reasonable price and the quality and comfort we were looking for. I will definitely recommend Mattress Home to our friends and neighbors. I dealt with Craig over a king size mattress that I had purchased one year ago. He was very helpful and I was able to obtain a new mattress or a full credit from the manufacturerThe extra firm mattress that I originally purchased, became soft shortly after I bought it, and that was the reason for the warranty claim.I ended up buying a foam mattress from Craig and use the warranty money to help me purchase the new mattress.Greg was always polite, knowledgeable and helpful.He worked with me to get me the mattress that I wanted.
