I've only shopped here for the past year and I've had no problems with these guys. I am electronically challenged and both the phones I've brought in were reset in no time at all, I've purchased a great leather backpack from the two nicknack tables as you entered the establishment..... They have had my iPad for 2 months and won’t give it back. Understandably, they may not be able to fix it, but I’d still like it back. They will not return calls and seem totally oblivious to the fact that at this point I feel they have stolen my property.
