HORRIBLE experience with the staffI encountered an angry boomer as a sales person. He argued with me on checking inventory on an item and told me I don't know what I'm doing.Then sales clerk behind counter kept telling me the app is no good and not to pay attention to it. All I was asking for is to check their physical inventory to confirm it's stock status. Finally had to go to another store.Realize it's difficult to find employees but....hiring angry people that don't understand your systems is more detrimentalI'll never go back there and suggest anyone else finds another Ace there are plenty of them in the area!!

Worst Service Ever. Racist, extremely racist. Not sure if everyone, but at the store today were a Redhead guy who apparently is the one who cut, program and reset key fob. Ironically manager Mike told me yesterday to stop by today at 2pm. When I went, without even pronouncing one word that guy was already saying he can't help me in the most rude and disrespectful way. I tried to explain what I was there for but, literally, he did NOT let me talk.If you want a business to be successful, you can't that type of people working for you. Feels so sorry for him, I can get service anywhere else, but he will be miserable and upset every single day, specially with all the diversity of people Hispanic, Chinese or even living around here in Venice. Shame on you Guys.

Twice now I’ve tried to buy something at this store and received terrible customer service at the register. I had a very nice gentleman help me find what I was looking for, but when I checked out the item rang up $13.99 instead of $6.99. When she didn’t believe me, I took a picture of the price label to show her. She told me there are new people and it must have been labeled wrong (throwing team members under the bus not a good brand culture). I asked if she would honor the price, but she said she is not allowed to (now throwing management under the bus). Even Walmart takes responsibility and empowers employees to address low $ mislabeled items.

Had to get a key made and was promptly greeted by a friendly lady. She guided me to the device where keys are made and was introduced to the other friendly man who made us a key. I highly recommend this clean location

This Ace is the place. The go to spot to find about anything I need for projects. Plus they have a selection of things I don’t need but find a way somehow to end up in my garage/home. Jerry is great and always able to help me.

Purchased a weber grill about 3 weeks ago after getting some advice from the expert on staff who said they'd likely be delivered in a week or so. Called today for a status and they don't even have them in the store yet, and expecting the grills to be delivered late next week. On the phone, the Ace employee stated they've been backed up since September. Really disappointed with the communication I received when I made the purchase as I have family visiting next week and now looking at purchasing another grill to be able to cook all the steaks I purchased. My recommendation to the staff is to be honest and understand the customer's requirements before committing to unrealistic delivery dates.

There were three people standing around with their thumbs up their *** when I arrived at the store.So, for them to pretend that the inaccuracy of their shelf prices was related to not having had time to correct them is an obvious lie. If accuracy was a priority, every spare employee minute would be used to correct the shelf prices. But, there was obviously no desire to do so.I certainly understand that it must be difficult to compete with the big box hardware stores, but posting fraudulent prices and justifying it with a sign is a crooked and underhanded way to deal with those challenges.If you can't compete fairly, just lock your doors.
