Made it an appointment showed app earlier than schedule time 10 minutes.Told me the behind on schedule. They can see me in 1 hour. They sure have A time management problem.Don't know if i'm going back Or seeing someone else.

Melody Cook at the Walmart Jackson Hewitt location (4150 S Tamiami Trail, Venice) is an outstanding tax prep professional. I will definitely go to her again for all tax related needs. She worked fast & went out of her way to assist me and was extremely flexible to me schedule. I'm an OTR truck driver and it is hard to get back some times. She took care of everything & I really appreciated it.

If I could give it a zero I would. Checked in on my phone when I got there, they text me stating someone would be with me shortly. 30 minutes after my appointment still no one there. A man was sitting there waiting as well. He stated he dropped his paperwork off another day and was suppose to pick it up today. He waited an hour and gave up. Luckily, I passed a H&R Block on my way home. VERY professional and efficient. They have my business from now on.
