When I returned to Rotonda West, my fridge had completely shut down and I was only in Fl for about 2 1/2 weeks for this trip down.I reached out to Jessup's for a new fridge after I had reached out to the major appliance store and could not get a delivery date for minimum three weeks out.I found Jessup's online. I called their Venice Fl store and spoke to Amy. She was extremely helpful, I was unable to travel to the store as my car battery had also died when I arrived. I was looking for a smaller size white fridge with freezer on top. Amy took the time to research Jessop's inventory and got back to me the next day with the perfect replacement.It also happened to be less expensive than the one I saw at the big box store not only for the fridge itself but for installing an icemaker, delivery, set up, and take away.Delivery was scheduled for one week. There was a small issue with the delivery and I thought he whole process was going to be delayed for another week, however when I called Jessup's, and spoke to Amy, she spoke with staff and they realized the original delivery staff did not do what they were supposed to do. Amy sent Dan and Jose out that same day. Dan and Jose hooked up the water line, installed the icemaker, and I had my new fridge up and running!Cannot say enough good things about my Jessup's experience!

Please don’t get sucked into their after market extended warranties. The person at the store level when calling in for repairs is unresponsive. The company named Epic that Jessup contacts is very unprofessional to speak to. Further the company Epic uses named Britts is also unresponsive. Save your money!

Another kitchen appliance bites the dust after 10 years. Our Venice Jessup's sales rep patiently and professionally guided us through selecting a replacement dish washer, and their delivery contractors installed it three days later. Excellent though dreaded experience.

The Electrolux washer and dryer are great. Many features and options. Salesman was very knowledgeable and educated me on every model they offer. Much More information you get from box stores. Highly recommend their products and service.

I had a great experience with Jessup's in Venice. My washer and dryer were delivered on time and when I realized the steam line wasn't installed, they came back the next day to install it. We purchased a gas dryer and the person who installed it (Phil) provided some great tips on both products. Lastly, Amy our salesperson was very responsive and helpful. She even helped out when the washer wouldn't turn on (it must have gotten locked somehow) by looking at the owners manual and giving me reset tips.

Don’t waste your time and money shopping local with these guys! The customer service is poor, prices are high and they can’t absorb a return without a restocking fee…You get about the same customer service, significantly lower price, no delivery fee and free returns with the big membership stores…no questions asked! These days when every penny counts there is no reason to waste your money!

Ordered a new washer and dryer in February, worked with salesperson Mark. He was informative and not the least bit pushy. Came out to my home and measured our laundry room to make sure the appliances would fit before we ordered them. They were delivered this week. Delivery people were courteous, set up both appliances and ran them to make sure they were both working properly. Couldn't be happier.

Can I do less than one star? For a business in business for so long, this is amateur hour. When we went to pay for our appliances, the salesperson printed out the order incorrectly 4 times- wrong name , wrong phone number etc even though she entered it anew each time. This took over an hour. I bought a washer/dryer and for install with the extra bits and pieces they make you buy for them to install. Day before install they notified me there is an additional fee of $150 for gas hookup. What part of delivered and installed doesn’t include gas hookup that they didn’t notify when we purchased. Delivered today- they never called to let me know on their way as promised. Nobody called the gas guy who gets then$150 to hook up the gas like they were supposed to. Only way he knew to come is I called him as he called me earlier. They didn’t want to take the old dryer as they weren’t licensed to do gas and we’re going to leave the dryer for the gas guy to dispose of, even though I paid Jessie’s to do it. The gas guy came and the found the first guys didn’t install the steam hose to the dryer like they were supposed to, as I paid for install and hoses,. Another group of guys have to come back after I complained. Jessups never told me about the rebates from the gas company when buying an energy efficient dryer- worth $150. You’d think that would be a selling point. Very disappointed is an understatement., it’s like they’ve never done this beforeSo the saga continues. The LG washer I purchase has a bad squeak-not their fault obviously. and the LG repair tech couldn’t fix it. So I called Jessups to get a replacement. I was told she had to speak to her service manager and general manager. Of course no follow up. I had to call and threaten to go to American Express before I got some action

We are part time residents of Venice in the midst of updating kitchen and laundry. Bill has done a great job of helping us pick out our appliances from afar and getting them installed. There have been a few problems with the appliances themselves and Lou in service has been very helpful. Very nice people to work with.

We had a legitimate issue with the extended warranty company and had a satisfactory outcome thanks to Scott, Bill and John.Mr Jessup supported our claim and authorized a partial credit which we applied and took delivery of another appliance.We are satisfied with the final outcome.

We ordered new microwave. When it came in, the box was taped shut. I got the microwave home and unpacked a dented microwave. Should have unpacked it at rear pick-up area.
