We dealt directly with Floriano. He showed us a broad selection of product, helped us zero in a a good choice, fair pricing, reminded us of the need to replace the sink and to line up someone to cut counters down and do finishing work. They had someone they recommended, but we did use someone we knew for the work.
What is the hallmark of their service is they committed to a short timeline. We had company coming in and needed the new counters and backsplash installed before they arrived. Floriano made a promised to meet our timeline and delivered with time to spare. Then the quality of the workmanship, and the professionalism of their installation crew was first rate.
