When I walked in to get routine lab work, the person at the front desk took my insurance card. I asked if they accepted my Blue Cross insurance because I didn't want any "surprise" bills. He said my insurance was okay and unfortunately I trusted him. Now I have an $800 bill from LabCorp because they did not accept my insurance. I called my insurance company and found out Lab Corp was "out of network." Fine - then why did the guy at the front desk tell me that it was in network. So now I get an $800 bill to pay for HIS mistake??? Apparently you have to check with your insurance company because their employees don't know what they're doing. I bet they won't "waive" my bill due to their mistake though.
I also picked up a hospital acquired infection while there (I suspect, because I wasn't in any other medical facility or lab). The guy working at the front desk was doing everything by himself - including taking blood, cleaning the labs, etc.. Obviously when you don't have enough staff, things are going to be shoddy. I won't be going back there ever.

It's have always had a good experience at this office. People are always very nice and courteous. I didn't have an appointment this time but I was able to still get in and out in about 20mins.

The worst experience ever ! No respect to patients! Rude personal! She was talking to me and my son like with animals! Long line! Stay away from this place !

I was in and out quickly, I had an appointment; they took me early. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Schedule an APPOINTMENT don’t bother being a walk-in HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES !!! Staff Is great and knows what he’s doing but one person with the number of people waiting, one man was yelling and cursing so loud because of waiting too long. Worst experience EVER!! Never going back here again use Quest or go somewhere else.

5 stars just for the Wonderful gentleman I think his name was Ryan he was quick and professional even under circumstances of the the wait times which was ridiculousBoth times I’ve gone it’s always one person, seems like labcorp doesn’t value the employees having them work by themselves with so many upset people in waiting area. Makes the wait uncomfortable with people complaining in lobby, If it wasn’t for location being close to me I would be using another lab instead, you should be ashamed, do better.

Miserable lab that doesn't send lab results to the patient. I don't know if they were sent to my doctor. I have no idea what my results are after two weeks. Quest emails results the next day after the tests.

Ryan & Kristen were both lovely, professional, sanitary, efficient, and kind. I was in and out in a few minutes. I was so impressed by their professionalism and organization. Well done._________And also, the reviewer who wrote "shame on you" about something that didn't even have anything to do with LabCorps' function can pound sand. Just because we can write reviews online doesn't mean it's a forum to insult people for not meeting your nonsensical expectations. These folks do a great job and deserve respect.

What a joke…. Plan to wait because this place doesn’t honor appointment times. They just go order of arrival despite being scheduled. Ridiculous waste of time had it been optional I would have never given them my business.

I have never had a poor experience at labcorp Venice. I have been going for years. Yes they are busy at times and sometimes understaffed. However, they are efficient, caring and doing the best they can.If you try them and don’t like it go somewhere else .I personally think your bad comments are not appropriate any generally ignore them.
