BEYOND unprofessional. The store has been closed for 2 days lights out no one has been answering the phones even though everything online says they are open. Had an appointment and showed up to an empty office. Take your taxes elsewhere. Karen does not know how to run a business.

We had a great experience with Liberty Tax on RT 41 Venice Fla. Karen was excellent and explained every things to us step by step. All staff was awesome. Highly recommend this office. Very professional knowledgeable. Take the time to make sure they have all the information accurate filling of our taxes. We would definitely recommend that this is the second year.Deb and Ed

Karen and her team are very knowledgeable and very professional . My husband and I moved to Venice several years ago and have been using them for our taxes ever since. Went to liberty tax 2159 S. Tamiami Trail Venice Florida. The woman that waited on me was Extremely Efficient and knowledgeable got in at 9 o’clock they were waiting for me sat right down and was out at 9:30. They filled out my state tax for a reasonable price was very satisfied with their service would recommend them to anybody!!! Very well pleased.

Liberty Tax in Venice Florida is a great place for tax return services. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They make the process a breeze at a very reasonable rate.
