I’ve been going to Lightning Fast Car Wash for a few years and have always had wonderful service. Susan who is one of the attendants always greets you with a smile and is very helpful with any questions you might have. The car wash does a great job keeping there services and equipment running in top form.

Incredibly rude staff! Arrived 5 minutes before they opened to use the self service wheel cleaning and bug removal before going in and one of the workers started yelling at me for being there 5 minutes before they opened!
This is to reply to the post by the carwash to my original comment. I was not asked nicely to please wait until you the wash was opened. I was also not argumentative. I simply asked to confirm when the wash opened. Further, When your employees disrespect your potential customers the appropriate response is not to be defensive about inappropriate behavior.
