Purchased whirlpool stove and frig.. delivery next day. Frig freezer light not working. Told to either return frig within 48 hrs or contact whirlpool company. I said I purchased from Lowes not Whirlpool. They said not their problem. I only requested a service tech to check lightbulb since I could not remove cover myself. A simple request. At this point only had 24 hrs left to return product. Decided to keep product. We now keep a flashlight next to frig for night time use of freezer. Absolutely! Do not recommend buying appliances from Lowes!!! (After tipping delivery guys 60.00 and knowing I would have to tip another amount for pickup and then another amount for delivery of new product is why I ultimately decided to keep defective product.) It is not delivery men's fault.

Great assortment of home improvement products. I find Lowe's a bit upscale compared to Home Depot. What's great is they give you 5% off for using their branded credit card.

Purchased a microwave online and picked it up 01/07/24 today 1/27/24 was the first time I had an opportunity to install it. Life happens…Opened the box that had no real signs of damage, however the microwave was smashed badly? I immediately took it to returns and was treated extremely poorly by both managers!! I understand return policies, but what happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE! and a little understanding towards a very loyal customer?I should have never been treated like that! Told to take the microwave out of the store and deal with the Manufacturer?

Was shopping for water plants. I found a gorgeous Golden Pothos for $16.99. I brought it home and divided it up - enough to go around for five fish ranks and a repotted, large plant that floats on a pad in my pond.

It's a big box store,don't expect any more or any less,but the staff are more knowing about product locations than the other big store.

Absolutely terrible return process I came in telling the associate that I am returning a gift and they sent the return back to the original buyer and they can’t cancel their mistake, so I just lose. I came in looking to purchase a lot more than my gift card and my return, and it was all destroyed by a terrible employee working in return department. I wasn’t looking to spend more and more money just because she can’t do their job right so they took the return. I lost the money and you lost a bigger purchase. Notably working in retail for 10 Years in the past, I would suggest teaching your employees when they take a return to try and keep the business in the store. Have them ask the customers If they would like to purchase something else, so Lowe’s can continue to make money rather than just let the customer take the return and ship them on their merry way just so you don’t have to deal with them. Your attitude was shown that not a single customer matters. Then you grab every other employee to talk down on the customer instead of grabbing just the manager to clear this up. You don’t grab three people to talk down on one. You figure out your mistake and how you can best serve the customer.

The store personnel are very knowledgeable in the areas they work. I know whatever I am looking for Lowes will have it in stock so it will be a quick in and out trip! The check out clerks are pleasant and open up registers to prevent lines. I have never in my 54 years considered shopping by political party support until 2023! I will ONLY shop at stores that do NOT support the GOP. I will only support the party for the PEOPLE!
