I recently took my 2008 Infiniti in for brake work, that needed to be corrected by a botched job by someone who claimed to know all about brakes but clearly didn't! These guys were great they helped me out even though the didn't have to since the parts had been put on by someone else! the price was very reasonable for the work they did. I will definitely use this Auto shop in the future and I highly recommend them!

I attempted to start my car today and my battery was dead. That confused me because less than 1 yr ago Firestone Venice installed a new one. A neighbor jump-started my car and recommended Masella's. I drove to them without an appointment, scared of shutting off my car. They got me in, I learned the wrong battery had previously been installed by Firestone Venice and within a short time the correct battery was installed for a great price and a 2-year warranty! Goodbye for good Firestone Venice!

Masella’s Review 4-18-25
I received a free quote from Masella’s to do some engine work on my truck. I thought it was pretty high (close to $3K), but other repair shops wanted me to pay for their quotes. So I decided to go with Masella’s since they could get me in fairly quickly. To my pleasant surprise when we got a call from our service advisor Nick, they were going to drop my cost in nearly 1/2 because the job did not require all the quoted work to be done! What?! A lesser company would have just charged me the quoted cost anyway (of course when I found out, I would be steamed!). Rightful kudos also go to my mechanic Tim who did an outstanding job!

So I recently had an issue with my VW Jetta,. My rear tail lights were completely out! Both running lights and license plate lights but brake and turn signals worked. I originally to it to Norm Reeves VW in pretty Charlotte because prior to this visit, the service manager Chas took EXCEPTIONAL care of me.
Well, this time, not so much, I was informed by the new service tech that my car was damaged by rodents and the car needed a new wiring harness, total cost was,, and I'm not fabricating, over 10,000$,, ANNDDD, it's custom made only in Germany,, ANNDDD,, it's going to take at least,6 months to get in .
Now worried I got a second option and they stated they was NO rodent damage and tried to repair but couldn't. Meanwhile I'm out a car for 3 weeks,
Long story short, Masella's diagnosed the problem,,
They,, Professionally, ran a scan, found that there was a wrong bulb, no rodent damage, a simple bulb and Norm Reeves wanted to total my car.
