Absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The movers showed up late, handled my furniture carelessly, and several items were scratched or broken. They also took much longer than estimated and then tried to charge me extra for their own delay. Communication was awful — every time I called, I got the runaround or empty promises that someone would “call me back.” No one ever did.

Move was done under husband’s name. Spoke to scheduler and head of installation many times before and after. Definitely your company, and had installation that was not organized or completed. Waited for your company to address for days and had to hire another company to complete job.

Masters Movers have a very professional group of employees from the person who came to do the quote, to the packers and then the movers. All friendly, capable and well-trained to do a great job caring for my belongings. Every thing I owned was handling with care and delivered safely to my new home.
Job well done. I'd hire Master Movers again in a minute!!!

Daniel, Antonio, and Nui did a wonderful job! They were very conscientious and polite. Everything was wrapped well and kept clean. They made sure things were in there proper place before they left. We would recommend them and this company for your moving needs!
