Joe in Venice helped me fast. I purchased an adjustable frame and had creaking sounds and Joe scheduled another one to arrive. Everything went smoothly no problems. No hassles from this guy he aimed to please.Raimondo and Bernardo delivered the adjustable bed, set it up perfectly according to my height. The first two guys were not as hospitable they just left it without adjusting height for me or stabilizing it. If you have tile floors you need to secure the bed in those cups for the legs. Otherwise it slides all over.Raymond and Bernardo are the guys to help a female.Thank You I’m loving my new bed ?F.L.

Excellent customer service from Joe..as well as Nick. Good prices..fair dealings. Only negative is Synchrony for no interest, poor company to represent. I have a Synchrony card now and will close. Never to look at as option again.Highly recommend Mattress Firm folks!- American service still exist! ?

Mattress firm is a wonderful company which allows you to choose a mattress, a bed, a headboard etc. in one state and have it delivered in another. And amazingly they deliver when they say they will. And more importantly we are thoroughly enjoying the mattresses we chose.They have a lot to offer, some terrific sales and bargains, and a satisfying outcome.

I had read a lot of 5 star reviews for this Mattress Firm store. Many of them praised Nick for his knowledge and patience. When we walked in, they were right. Nick greeted us and it was instantly 5 star service! There are a lot of choices in there but he explained it all and made it manageable. We decided right away and the mattress will be delivered tomorrow! Perfect and professional.
