She was always well prepared, thorough and patient in explaining the use of the Coag-Sense in-home testing device. At our first meeting she demonstrated the device and gave complete instructions on it use, answering all questions without rush. She came back again a week later to observe me perfoming the test by myself and to ensure I understood the process.
