I signed up with this guy in Venice about 4 years ago for several Firesticks and then sent a bunch of family and friends to him (Eddie), or fast Eddie as we now call him. He was so rude and really unhelpful to all, mean to some and I felt it was all my fault for introducing this guy to my people. So I found his ex and now I sell and service a superior product in Venice just so I can help people I know. Don’t really make much$$, but I really just needed someone to not treat people I know like an “Eddie!”

After reading some of the reviews here, I will admit that I was apprehensive about going to see Eddie and buying the Firestick. I walked in and I was pleasantly greeted by Eddie. I didn't see any arrogance, I saw knowledge. People say that they were interrupted and disrespected. That was not the case. When you go to a seminar you wait till the end to ask your questions, which is exactly what this was. Eddie wants to explain how everything works and I let him do that. I agreed. I bought the ultimate with 20000 channels and options. The next day, I picked up my Firestick and allowed him to do a training along with another lovely lady. I got home, plugged it in, and within a minute I was watching the Minnesota Vikings play live! I told Eddie I would give him a great review and he jokingly said, "You'll ruin my street cred!" Thank you Eddie, and I am excited to cancel my Xfinity!

I've been going to Eddie for 2 years now..I have sent him ALOT of new customers..but after today the way I was spoken to was uncalled for..NEVER have I been talked down to called me a distraction and shooed me away with his hand and said go away..I am going to see his ex Angie.heard she is wonderful.

I found Eddie to be arrogant, rude and a woman hater after the sale (Amazing Streamz) as other reviews have said. He is so self-absorbed he probably doesn’t even know how he comes across. If you have to go back or call have your husband or a man call him. My friends who have the same service under a different name through his ex-wife told me to go to her. I did and couldn’t be happier. Find his ex-wife, you’ll be happy you did if you have to renew or thinking about buying.

I bought two Firestick TV systems, two Amazing Streamz subscriptions, and a laptop. Eddie has the personality of a snake and his morals are lower. Something went wrong with the laptop and he's had it for a week and still hasn't looked at it. Useless. Yes, it's a local business and that was a big reason for me to go there. I dropped over $1000 in his store and still get treated like crap.

I recently visited this store with a question about a fire stick I purchased in April. I’m an elderly woman looking for some insight into his product. This man was very rude, condescending and arrogant. He was trying way too hard to be cool but failed miserably. I did not get to even ask my question, but was informed I was gaslighting him?? He threw his hands into the air and stormed into his office. As far as I’m concerned he can stay in his office as I won’t be back. I see that most of the positive reviews are from several years ago. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Went to this store since he first opened 20 plus years ago always nice and all of a sudden I call about a cable to monitor and the second time he goes off on me telling me ,"hey kid don't call here no more I told you to google it I'm sick of people calling me" I'm 50yrs old, what a change I will never go there again or recommend him.

As I looked at most of these reviews the ratings were for his computer services and most are very old. I just recently stopped in to inquire about his on line streaming service and found him to be extremely arrogant and rude. Wouldn't answer any questions and even told us to stop asking questions because he didn't have the time to answer. Talked down to us regarding the technology that brings 1,000's of channels to your TV. He was more interested in telling us what he wanted us to do instead of listening to what we were trying to accomplish by using our fire stick.

Knowledgeable computer repair, offer an amazing streaming service for cable tv cord cutters. Owner (Eddie) is a great guy, a hard worker who truly believes in customer service and satisfaction. Highly recommended!
