I recently had an exceptional experience with Venice Mail & Print, thanks to their outstanding customer service. Living in Los Angeles, I needed some important documents scanned and emailed to me from a friend who resides in Venice, FL. The woman store manager was incredibly helpful over the phone. She guided my friend through the process at their store, facilitated the scanning, and ensured the documents were mailed to me quickly and efficiently.
The documents arrived sooner than expected, and I was genuinely impressed by the accommodating and personalized service I received. The store manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, demonstrating a level of care and attention that’s rare to find these days.

I had absolutely amazing experience at the Venice Mail & Print store! Joshua was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable! I had to print out bunch of things and he very patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him! 👍

These guys are THE BEST. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind in addition to having the best prices around for many items and services, even beating the big box stores. In addition, the quality of the prints is very impressive. Will be back for lots more printed products!

On January 12th I used Venice Mail & Print to assist me in printing and mailing time sensitive legal documents. The young man who waited on me could not have been more helpful and he saved me a significant amount of money on shipping costs. Excellent Experience. Thank you!

I don’t know why I was treated so rudely when I said I would rather not pay $1 for a shipping label I can print. I don’t know exactly what I said or did wrong but I know I very polite and I wasn’t even invited to come back after I printed label it was “FedEx is a mile down the road” in a rude tone. I even apologized which I shouldn’t have to because of how uncomfortable I felt. Will not be back for services.

I found this small business and have been using them for Amazon package pick ups and sending mail. The staff is so nice and have been so helpful. I can send packages out via USPS, FedEx or UPS and they help to find the quickest and most cost efficient way.
