Don't use this place for service they will break your car and refuse to fix it. I'm having to sue them to fix my car. 9800 worth of damage.

I had a wonderful experience at Plattner's Venice Superstore. I just got a beautiful and affordable car with all the perks. Logan, mark, and John were all so fantastic and helpful! I appreciate y'all!! Would definitely buy again!

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at the dealer had no clue what they were doing or talking about. I bought a truck from them about a week and a half ago. I’ve already had to spend $1,000 on repairs. Batteries went out 4 days into owning the truck. Truck has a very bad leak inside the cab, I called the see if there was anything they’d do to help me with it and they told me they would not do anything to help since I already bought the truck. Alexis was my saleswoman and she had no clue what she was doing or talking about. Would not recommend buying a car from them

Was better off going to the actual Kia dealership and finding my car!
This place is crowded and no room to have privacy to talk with a sales person. Felt way too rushed and I’m glad I didn’t buy from here.

First off I want to start off by saying I did NOT purchase a vehicle from here and the reasons will be listed below. So I cant speak on the quality or reliability of their inventory.
What brought my wife and I into this dealership was the vehicle we were looking for at a very reasonable price, but a good rule of thumb is if it sounds to good to be true then it usually is and this was the case here. I spoke with Logan on the phone earlier in the morning to confirm the availability of the vehicle we were interested in, told him I'm looking to pay cash and im a serious buyer. He told me it was still there and i could come by and take a look at it. Great! So upon arrival to what appears to be an abandoned lot / warehouse / garage? We are greeted by a young enthusiastic woman who showed us to the front door of what i could only describe as Dexters kill room. Upon entering the front lobby which was the size of my car, they yelled back to Logan. He came and greeted us. The entire building was probably about 20 ft x 10 ft and about 7-8 employees in there all jammed up in one room. This was a very uncomfortable eerie feeling right off the bat. So Logan begins filling out paperwork, asking general information from us and then trying to get me to sign a buyers agreement, BEFORE we ever even looked at, test drove or inspected the car. I said ummm I'm not signing anything until i look at the car and test drive it. "ohhh yeah of course! Let me go get the key"
Here comes Logan with the key, we take it for a test drive , I'm noticing a bunch of imperfections and little things missing on the interior, the car but not quite a deal breaker yet. We get back to the "dealership" and my wife asked where the key fob is to lock and unlock the car? Baffled he said "i don't know" and she asked how to i get in and out of the car there is no key hole? He messed around for a few minutes and could barely figure it out himself. I said this is a deal breaker for us, i need to ensure my wife can get in and out of her car safely in a timely manner. He said "lets go inside and talk to my boss and see if we cant get you a key fob made" After speaking with his boss, they himmed and hawed over the $300 bucks it was going to cost to get a key made. At that point my wife looked at me and said let go!
There were so many red flags here from the sketchy kill room office area, to the condition of the car, trying to get paper work signed before a test drive or viewing the vehicle, the refusal to spend 300 bucks to have a key made. They claimed they fired their detailer that morning and the new guy was doing great. The car was filthy inside and certainly not detailed to my standards.
We left and went down the road a half mile to Venice of Toyota and spent more money but had a much better experience and a much more inviting / friendly atmosphere.
Shout-Out to Logan though, as someone who trains salesmen for a living, he followed up about 7 times after i left to inform me they could infact get that key made - unfortunately you lost a cash buyer already, best advice for you my man is to find a better dealership to work at you can thank me later.

Do not buy a car from here! Purchased my Ford Edge 2020 with 34,000 miles back on March 18, 2024. Car completely died on May 18, 2024. Had the car towed to local Ford dealer. As of Aug 13, 2024 car remains at dealer with no indication of why the vehicle can’t be fixed. When calling the original dealer (back in May) being told that Kevin who sold me the car no longer works there and there is nothing they could do for me! They sold me a bad car and are doing NOTHING to help me. This place is a scam!
