I financed through my personal bank and went to meet Bryan for a test drive of a blue Camry. Bryan had already left for the day but Ted, Kevin and Mark were absolutely amazing and helped me get the car of my dreams:) The atmosphere at this dealership made me feel right at home and like they actually valued my business. Would recommend to anyone in search of a used vehicle!

Paid $17,000 for a vehicle and they got me good financing and a good monthly payment. I was happy with the amount of work the sales guy put in.What’s not good is having to put on all new brakes and rotors because they were basically non existent and not safe to drive on.Is it clear the car wasn’t inspected very well before selling it to me.

I don’t know how their cars run I’m sure they are good cars. However if you are struggling and need a place to work with you this is NOT the place for you. I told him I had 4500 down and could do payments, but that I’m a single mom and couldn’t pay 300 to 400 a dollars a month payments and asked if they could work with me. He was done talking to me at that point - he showed me ONE cheap car that had no ac and all that- after I said no he started walking away. I thought he was showing me another car so I followed him. Then he stopped and just told me they have nothing for me. Didn’t even show me just to be nice ! I never felt more humiliated at a car place in my life. Like I said they might have good cars but I would never know. I’m just making this post for all the struggling single parent house holds. I thought this was a place that worked with you and I was seriously mistaken.

I found a cheap used vehicle on their website and called in. Showed up after work and the place is super clean and set up nice. The salesman Andrew was very helpful in getting me setup and checking out the Dodge journey I drove it off the lot the next day. They valued my trade in very high for what it was and my disclosure of the problems. Great job guys I'll recommend this lot to my friends.

After losing my vehicle because of hurricane Ian. I was on the hunt for a another car. I knew it was not going to be easy cause now I do have a bankruptcy on my credit. 2 other places couldn’t help me. So Heather was recommended to me. It was not easy but she worked hard to make it happen for me. After working hard for me I finally got another vehicle!! ! Worst car dealership experience I have ever encountered. Stay away from these people. I live in Jacksonville, a four hour drive away and found a 2017 Tahoe on Plattner's Belle Glade location website. When I called they stated it was there, but an hour later I was called back and told that it wasn't, and that it was at their Punta Gorda location. Punta Gorda said Quincy had it, and Quincy said they didn't have it. After calling Belle Glade back, they said Venice had it. Andrew at Venice answered the phone and stated that it was in fact there and that it is in good condition waiting for me.The next day I drove the four hours down, and wish I wouldn't had. The vehicle's hood and roof were entirely scratched up and needed repainting, and there was a large gouge in the rear spoiler. Neither of those things are clearly evident in the photos by angle or photo clarity, and not once were those told to me in the many calls that I had previously. When I asked what happened, Andrew replied "we've only had it a couple months," "that's how we got it" and "the person who traded it in backed into their garage" in regards to the gouge. I called him on his lies, because the vehicle had been purchased at auction in January 2021, this was now November 2022. I checked the oil and it was straight black, so I asked when it was last serviced and Andrew said "I don't know, probably when we got it." To which I said "so almost two years ago?" There was no response to that. Point here is to do your homework for any car and look at the Carfax and vehicle history reports.I told them that there was no way I was paying the $36,484 which was "marked down" from $52k. I stated I wouldn't pay more than $30k for it given the cosmetic repairs needed. When I was asked where I got my $30k from, they couldn't understand that it would be MY best offer if I were to even make one and was not based on market value. As I was backing out of the parking space to leave, the manager comes out and shows me a paper that says "$35,900 Market Value" from Manheim. Yes, if it was in good condition, but this one was not. He did finally acknowledge that the price could come down a little and with that I decided to do a test drive. I started the vehicle but could not see the dash due to the sun glare. As soon as I backed up I noticed the engine light was on. Somehow they didn't even have an OBDII code reader and we had to drive to AutoZone to find out that the #6 cylinder misfired and had thrown the rough idle code, twice. Instantly the deal, of whatever sort, was gone. And I drove the four hours back up to Jacksonville.Stay away from these people folks. They will do anything to rake you over the coals and take as much of your money as they can. They lied nearly continuously to me, and they never once thought about customer service and experience. I initially said I wasn't going to do a review, but as I was leaving the Manager insisted that I do a "nice review for Andrew."

Sharon did a great job I've bought 2 other cars here in the past and have found they always strive to beat the other dealerships and were quite generous with the trade I brought in.Everone was straight forward and easy to deal with.
