I have two units at this location and I am very pleased. I thoroughly enjoy the level of security Public Storage provides. The app makes managing the two units on my account easy. Keigan has been very helpful, answering questions I had when I was looking to rent another unit as well as when I needed room to park a moving truck. I highly recommend Public Storage.

Janice was very nice to have called me to Acknowledge that my account was closed out when I moved out. I thought that was very nice Of her to complete this transaction without me having to make phone calls. Kudos to her.

Someone tried to break into my unit, fortunately did not succeed, but did damage my lock so badly, that The key would not work and I had to get a locksmith to take it off.
Fortunately I knew someone in the area who knew someone who is a locksmith; and they told me that I'm lucky I didn't use one of the ones recommended because this place gets kickbacks.

All was great until the hurricane hit. Ps was closed for a couple of days and I received an email saying that it had reopened so I loaded my trailer and headed out just to find out that the elevators weren't working and the code reader as well. So I had to head back, unload everything and call it a day.
When you email someone to let them know you are open, you should add that there are restrictions. I'm a 66yr old man with a bad back and loading and unloading is not an easy task for me especially when I was given a space on the third floor that I can't access.

Great looking, new facility. Clean units. Horrible access control system, not customer-friendly at all. You will need to learn your combination code by heart to load/unload quickly and efficiently.
