They claim they take walk-ins but they shouldn’t even advertise that. I understand that people with appointments are favored but they would not take any of us that were walk-ins. After almost 2 hours of waiting. two of us walked out. Hello Lab Corp.

I was a walk in at 9:30 waited until 11:00 then was told no more walk ins because closing at 12:00 yes I should have made an appointment although they could have been more polite or told me sooner.

Botched Testing
I normally go to this lab for all my blood draws, which I have no complaints with- and had to do a 24 hr urine test. They were very confused as to exactly what kind of 24 hour test it was and it took three techs to send me home with the wrong test. When I returned the sample, they informed me it was the wrong test and I needed to take the correct one home and redo it. (If you’ve ever had to take one of these, you know you are basically homebound for the duration) After returning the kit the second time, I waited approximately 10 days and checked the quest portal for results. None. Had to cancel two specialist appoints and reschedule. I am now almost a month out on the second test without results, and unless these magically appear in the next 24 hours, I will have to cancel my specialist appoints a second time. Quest has NO WAY to contact an actual human being about this, and I have made two trips to the actual lab- waited, and received very little help. I know the techs have very limited control concerning this situation, but a customer who has serious health issues on the line should be able to speak with a PERSON. I have emailed customer service and corporate with ZERO response. Infuriating.

This location is great, check-in extremely easy, wait time was immediate, staff/ flobotomist expedient, very friendly and knowledgeable; overall an excellent experience. The only thing I’d like to improve is to reopen an Englewood location. It’s a bit of a drive to Venice for a 5- minute appointment. A+++++

Very personable technician and pain free blood draw! I have very small veins that roll....so she gets an A+ from me! Sign in was simple. Wait time was almost nonexistent.

The lovely woman who drew my blood - Sophia? - was professional, and made the process almost painless. For a person who hates needles, she was a delight and put me immediately at ease. She's a keeper!
