Worst experience of my life! I went in for just a polish on my toes and clearly the man didn’t want me to do just that. I asked how much as I was over looking the menu and he said $15. When I saw it finally on the menu it was $10! He said that was an old price list. He ended up sitting me in the chair to paint my toes and did not speak a word to me. After he painted them, and I was sitting in the nail dry area I noticed he missed part of my nail and that he really did a terrible job of painting all of them. He then asked me for payment and at that moment I asked him to fix it the one that was already chipped and to clean up the rest to which he replied- why did you wait so long to say something and accused me of bumping them! He yelled at me, told me sit back down in the painting chair and threw my credit card down! As he was touching it up and I said even though you are only painting my nails you are still providing a service! He said be quiet - you talk to much! Had me sit at the drying station for 5 minutes and then proceeded to come back over after the minutes was over Ripped off the toe separators and told me no tip just leave! I was so upset that the other customers apologized for his behavior! He told them - don’t apologize to her! I thought I was being punked because no one should ever treat someone like that! Do not go there! Oh and corporate was called.

I don't go very often to get my nails done because I'm very busy with work but, when I do go I have Joe, fix me up. He is the best and does a great job.

Worst experience in My life, totally waste of money.
I told the owners I didn’t like my manicure, they painted my whole finger instead of my nail and they started screaming at me when I told him I am not gonna pay for the service. SHITTY WORK, NASTY SERVICE! I arrived home to re do it myself

Would not recommend Regal Nails South Venice Walmart. Maybe just man performing service but was most rushed, sloppy pedicure I’ve had. Got upset I wanted to use credit card even though they accept cards.

The owners/ staff are very rude at this location. I am from out of state, volunteering to help rebuild roofs after the last hurricane. I usually do not have a problem getting friendly staff and service from other regal nails but I could not get a friendly greeting nor service on two different attempts at the Venice Walmart Regal nails. Today as the owner sat with arms folded in a chair watching tv, he told me as I walked in “we’re closed, don’t you see the sign”. There was no closed sign and another worker had a client in her chair that she was just starting. I will never spend my money with them at this location! Maybe they do not need new business but being rude is never acceptable!

Second time trying to get my nails done here and this is the second time i was turned away because I didn't have a appointment even though there where 2 nail techs just chilling in the pedicure chairs watching tv. Horrible customer service and poor work ethic to be turning away customers when you aren't even busy.

Had Mani Pedi. Gel on nails because they break off. Excellent job, friendly and clean environment. Enjoyed massage chair while getting pedicure. My nails still look ?
